Additionally, I would like to point out that Seabet.io did not even contact me directly to inform me that they had decided to seize my funds. I had to discover this by reading about it on BitcoinTalk. They have not responded to my emails, and only after reaching out through live chat they refer me to BitcoinTalk post with explanation. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unfair, further highlighting the need for a transparent resolution to this situation.

i tried, but i cant make a complain there because seabet added my country to restricted locations, so its not possible to write complain there.. When did they do it, was it before you registered or after this case occurred? I think casinos have a TOS that all their customers must adhere to and if you bypass the restrictions by using something like a VPN then you need to consider the consequences. I have seen the negative tag on their account yet even after that Seabet did not make efforts to reach out to resolve this claims. Keeping other scam accusations mentioned in this thread aside, it is disappointing they have not posted in the scam accusation thread: Seabet.io Holding my funds for more than a month. because they could have put their side of the story forward. I guess what also does not help is if the OP does not post an update every few days even if to say nothing new has happened otherwise it could mislead some to think they have settled the matter between them. still no update about my seabet account, i also noticed many players got same issue. Will you try to submit a complaint at casinoguru, you'll be the first one to submit because I cant find an on going complaint there except 1 review from a user with the same case as yours about account under review. Perhaps casinoguru can help you to contact them and it will also help others outside this forum to notice that there is a serious issue to be resolved by this casino. I doubt you will get an update here because OP seems to be ignoring complaints, he/she should have answered you or gave you updates if he/she has no intention to ignore. I just checked, they are still active at X, have you tried to contact them through DM at X? i tried, but i cant make a complain there because seabet added my country to restricted locations, so its not possible to write complain there.. |

I want to clarify that i use multiple casinos to bet more money on same market. I dont make any arbitrage or something. Thank you guys for telling them its not okay to act like that.. I hope bets.io will finally understand that they arent the victim here (because they acting like they are.) But before I start, let me ask you: @Op, was the withdrawal that you made that was rejected the first and only withdrawal that was made since your account registration? Hi, i always place my bets on multiple sportsbook, everyone who bets larger ammounts do that and its completely legal. Why should i be worried if my activity is strange on or not. I didnt violate any rules, didnt place arbitrage. They just flagged game as fixed without any evidence. Even if you place bets on fixed game without knowing its fixed there is no reason to steal someones deposit and said you did it to compensate your loss.

After few days i made a bet in sportsbook which i won so my balance went to 1800$ (i bet it also on other bookmakers), i wanted to continue betting but i didnt find nothing interested on site so 10.12 i made withdrawal of 900usdt. Next day i noticed my withdrawal was rejected and i cant login to my account anymore. I recieved automatic email that there are some requirements in the email they sent me before (but i didnt recieve any) so i contacted support and asked if i need to fullfill some information. They said they verifying my account and i need to wait. After few days i contacted them again and they said account was closed and balance extracted. Reason? They recieved information regarding tampering with the results of fraud. Which is definitely not true, it was normal game, paid with every other bookmaker. And even if bookmaker decide to void bets, there is no reason to steal deposit. So this confirms that they have been using the same trick on other users as well. This brings us a step closer to removing doubts about their mode of operation. Then i noticed its because casino.guru says seabet isnt available in my country (Czech Republic). So I readed seabet.io tac now again and noticed they changed list of restricted countries. They added many countries including mine. (Im 100% sure there wasnt my country when i made the account) i always check that information in tac or ask their support if i can make account from my country when i make account somewhere. Im sure if my country was on the list before i created account, they would reject my withdrawal and seize my funds immediately. But they never mentioned it.
