Clearly the #blockchain is showing that this wallet does have $7 on it, and the fact that you say you can't see it on your side tells me wallet used might be a custodial wallet say a gambling platform or an exchange wallet that has a minimum deposit and you deposited below that amount which is why you can't see these funds!

Unless am wrong you could trying pasting address you in any other Explorer of your liking to see the funds for yourself...mempool, blockchain.com, blockchair etc
