They are always active on Twitter. You can also try sending a private message to the OP or search for the user @HHampuz he might be able to help you. This is the casino's internal issue and there could be various plots behind this like the user not having proper KYC done, or they could be from a restricted country and accessing the Roobet using a VPN. This can always trigger safety and block the users from withdrawing their money.
I hardly think Hhampuz sir can help in this regard. They better get connected with Roobet support directly. Check the support timeline it can be from 24-72 hours for a reply. I am sure the Roobt team will come up with a solution if no rules are broken by the users. For me, this has been the least of the worries. I hardly think I ever got into deposit or withdrawal trouble on the Roobet. It's just easy, follow the set guidelines, perform the KYC, play, and have fun in the casino.
