Firstly you share your website link. Than experience person analysis your site than you find out your partner easily. And you find out partner investors and web3 two things are very difficult in this time. Otherwise if you find out a genius person than your luck is good. But I think your site must be good because it's like a bitcointalk. And hire a good developer for it.

Before looking for developers to help you with your project, why not post your credentials first with the kind of project you're building I don't think it is interesting enough for developers, because there is no usage, we have hundreds of airdrop projects already, there's nothing in your plan that says what it's trying to solve and will there be a demand by the community because its a different from all the other airdrops that came.
For all we know this is just another shitcoin in the making, we already have hundreds of dead shitcoin don't add more to the numbers.

are you the owner of this forum? I think it is a great opportunity for good posters, specially those who like ethereum and ethereum based project. they can join and start accumulating merits to earn a ethereum. but Your Newbie rank might confuse people.
Also the forum looked relatively new.  I am hearing about it first time. Did you thought about running a signature campaign to promote that even more?
The details are also not bit clear about the rewards. So anyone who earn 1000 merits will earn a Ethereum? how many people will earn 1 ethereum,? I mean there has to be some kind of limit. it is not like if 100 people earn 1000 merits all of them get 1 etheeum each or is that just 1 ethereum divided among all people?
