I've had a Avalon2 mining rig running fine for the past 6+ months but all of a sudden it stopped mining and is giving me this error in the cgminer API section

Socket connect failed: Connection refused

I have done a clean upgrade of the firmware (no settings saved) and it is still giving me this error. Any idea what this might be?
