Im reaching out to you guys 1 last time.. Its been about 16 months since Stake.com required me to do a new roundt of KYC. I complied and sent them everthing, expecting it all to be good.

Out of the blue they denied my KYC documents and closed my account.. It has 17000 USD in it. Ive only uploaded what they asked me for, and i have nothing to hide.. I have tried to contact them trough mail, but they are not responding.

Ive raised the problem with their licenseholder, but they have not responded in 12 months.

Is there anything anyone can do? Ive only bet on large sportsmarkets, and provided real documents proving im me. Its a large sum of money for them to just confiscate for, atleast to me no real reason..

Any help to re-open my case and account would be greatly appreciated.

Their value for sportsbetting is terrible aswell. Bad odds, bad cashback. Ive wagered 20k usd in sports, and recived about 1/4th of what i would have received on Stake or Rollbit. I wont be depositing more.

This might be the worst freebet promo ive ever encountered in my 10 years of sportsbetting.

Just reading these makes me understand that your site is not operating in good faith of its customers at all. My god this is bad.

I was about to sign up, but after reading this, i will never deposit a cent.

Its a shame they are even rated here. Im not trusting that list at all. Having to go throug a random forum to get them to respond seems like a terrible way to deal with customers.

Rollbit is helding my money for no reason. I would stay away, even tough its allready D rated, and I should have known better than to ever deposit.

I have only bet on the biggest leauges and games. Nothing shady, sadly ive won a few thousand.. They have provided no other information than that is has been escalated. If I had knew that they would do these kinds of things, I would never have deposited there in the first place. But now im quite concerned after reading all the threads about Rollbit in this forum.

I dont understand why they will treat their customers like crap.. All ive done is bet on sports, and won a few thousand. Now i dont have access to my money, and they dont seem interested at all in giving me an explanation.. Imagine your bank doing that to you. Now my weekend is ruined, not knowing why my money is held hostage. I have also done verification lvl 1-3 wich they asked for a few weeks ago.

I tried to withdraw yesterday. I just get the error: This feature is temporarily disabled for your account... Support tells me to wait, with no other information.. I dont understand why casinos will do this kind of stuff.. How long before i can post a scam accusation?
