I just received the BTC. Tnx

I have sent $1035 but after 2 hours I have not received any Bitcoin.
I receive this message every time I refresh the page : We haven't received your payment yet.

I tried to contact them via online chat, they checked the transaction for me and told me : "I'm sorry for the inconvenience! There's some technical issue with this transaction! I asked our IT service to check and proceed it! You'll receive the money shortly!"

I think they received the transaction but they don't have enough Bitcoin to complete the transaction and for this reason the transaction is waiting because of "some technical issue".
