hello, today is 22 days since I requested a payout using the instant method. I'm still waiting for manual confirmation. Where is the problem? how should I solve it, or should I put up with the fact that nothing will happen? My ID Is 36110069 I have never had any problems with this website too. In the past I deposited lots of money and took it back every penny without a problem later on. I still have some coins there but not as big as it used to be. Only once my deposit arrived a bit late and it was due to the new wallet software as TheQuin explained to me via PM.
I am still trying to figure out how these people got hacked and I also want to see a statement from freebitco.in
Are these people lying? Were they really hacked? If so what was the cause? Is it patched? Is it safe now?

Of course, if not, I wouldn't be wasting my time here, writing here that I've been robbed on Freebitco.in, but until I get a response from someone responsible for the site, I'm not going to stop, I'm even going to spread it everywhere . The evidence is in my account, they can see how my withdrawal was made to an address that was not mine. I also have the payment confirmation email. I have already sent several emails and PMs, but no one has responded to me at all. Just one reply from someone from Frebitco.in, I need. I'm not accusing the site and I'm not taking your side either, but I think that what the site is doing to you by not responding to you is not a good thing. It is very shameful and reprehensible behavior, it is not difficult for them to investigate what happened to you and then respond to you. but they prefer to ignore you and this guy @freebitco.in PR keeps posting the complaints you are making in this thread and doesn't respond to you, he keeps posting as if everything is fine. I wonder if this is good behavior for a casino representative to have? I honestly hoped that this casino would continue to be a good casino like it was years ago. Today they are at the level of those scammer casinos when it comes to bad support service. They may be paying, but their support service is the same as the support service provided by scam casinos. |

It looks like we've been abandoned No it’s not. Freebitco.in is truly have a slow support response by they don’t abandoned their players even on this case. Just wait for the official representative to get online and let this issue solved. They are obligated to refund you if all the funds was withdrawn or lost without your consent since they are a trusted brand here. Bumping your issue here will not gonna make your issue resolved faster since the representative is not yet online. hello, I'm still waiting for the manual confirmation of the selection. today is 14 days since I made a withdrawal using the instant method. If it's a mistake, or they have a mess in the system, they'll screw it up. Driv freebitcoin used to work great, but lately it's been pretty miserable the wallet is from Binance and the key is over two years old. It is true that about two months ago my bitcoin wallet address changed. I don’t see the point of the receiving address being KYC or not since you will only use it to receive the funds. Freebitco.in doesn’t care on what Bitcoin address you are using since it’s your own personal choice. Your problem is due to Freebitco.in delayed processing your withdrawal since the transaction is not yet submitted on the Blockchain. There’s a lot of delay withdrawal before so your only choice now is to wait for them to process it. Again AML restrictions on your receiving wallet shouldn’t affect your withdrawal. You are absolutely right, in all my years of being in crypto, and as well have been participating in a lot of online gambling casinos for a few years now, I've never come across any online casino where users are required to kyc their crypto receiving address, doesn't matter whether be bitcoin or what ever, if any platform will ever come up with such kyc policy, then that will definitely go down as an extreme fight against users privacy. What I believe we owe casinos and other kyc complaint platform is to provide our personal information with which we can be identified with the government of the country where we live, not provide information that grants the platform access to monitor our entire online activities and transactions even ones that have no business with government. What I supposed caused the delay in processing that withdrawal request is possibly due to the high fees on the bitcoin blockchain, may freebitco was waiting to see if the fees will calm down a bit at the time the withdrawal request was placed. |

Freebitco support system is dead for sure, and withdrawal delays are happening there a lot in the recent months. But it doesn't mean they are going to be bankrupted. However, it is strange that your instant withdrawal is taking such long time. I can see that one of your instant withdrawal took 4 days to process. Have you withdrawn a big amount? |

problem solved. instant withdrawal took 4 days, but btc arrived I've been waiting for 4 days, but it still says pending. Perhaps OP is not aware that instant doesn't necessarily mean that the Bitcoin will be received immediately after pressing the instant withdrawal button...
maybe he did not know that mate and also indeed that he have already His funds because for a week now he have not posted here . What you two don't know is that the "instant" withdrawal from freebitco.in is advertised as time taken to process less than 15 minutes. And when it works well indeed they send you the transaction in less than 15 minutes. But you see that sometimes this is not the case, as it happened to the OP and it happened to me. What I do believe is that by now he will have received his money. As I mentioned the "instant" withdrawal once took me almost 24 hours to arrive. |
