It has too....I just want to give myself the best chances that whatever that is ends up being favorable for whatever sort of "life" I will evebn have left after all of this. I only have limited time right now to sit and type in order to try and explain wtf is going on but that is because I have spent the past 19 months straight literally doing nothing but exactly that - Meaning I have ALL OF THE RECEIPTS.

What I have now carried out a professional, digital forensic analysis of via a script based, PDF object extraction, and SHA-256 hashing process PROVING is the BIGGEST JUDICIAL FRAUD FRAUD SCANDAL IN U.S. HISTORY INVOLVING THOUSANDS OF FRAUDULENT, AI GENERATED COURT CASE FILES BEING CREATED AND THEN SUBMITTED INTO THE MINNESOTA COURT RECORDS ONLINE (MCRO) ODYSSEY E-FILE SYSTEM

My analysis was of 3,601 PDF files I downloaded April 29-30, 2024 from the official MCRO website using a custom python script, a development version of Chrome, and continuous updates of my VPN to avoid lockouts. This means that every single one of the 3,601 PDF files, which span 163 case numbers are all "official" court documents - as in they ALL STILL CONTAIN THE X.509 CRYPTOGRAPHIC, SHA-256 MCRO DIGITAL SIGNATURE INTACT, EXACTLY AS IT WAS APPLIED AT DOWNLOAD FOR EACH AND EVERY FILE = THE COURT DIGITALLY SIGNED THE EVIDENCE NOW PROVING THE FRAUD I'VE UNCOVERED.

Besides the digital signatures all still being intact, and valid I also have a documented chain of custody which began just 3 days later, on May 3, 2024 when I quickly threw together an affidavit detailing the entire download process, the reason why, the exact script I used, and a detailed numerical and case data breakdown. Immediately after I carried out this surprise, and completely "WTF!?" mass download, suddenly there was a big red banner that appeared on the site "MAINTENANCE SHUTDOWN THIS WEEKEND - SYSTEM WILL BE OFFLINE" - and so I very quickly assembled, and then submitted an affidavit into my own criminal case 27-CR-23-1886 late Friday afternoon before they could shut it down and scrub anything.

But what you really want to see is my conversation at the end of April 2025 with ChatGPT, where I finally figured out WHY there was a bunch of court case files containing obviously fake defendant names, ai generated return mail, and filing type quantities which made zero sense when simply compared to the number of defendants (e.g., 24 detention release orders but only cases for that origination year group of cases). The entire reason why I downloaded them to begin with was based on the completely "non-standard" stuff that was happening in my own case - which is actually one of 163 total cases I downloaded.

ChatGPT flips out when it recognizes that what it is looking at is all based on Ai, it's pretty funny actually. Like it suddenly see's one of its friends

I am a whistleblower, and have been since they stole my patent and I figured it out back in late 2022. Before the clerks office opens up the next morning and can even process/enforce the order I carry out my final, structured "evidence dump."
I finally have the 32 additional exhibits ready to go at 7:00 AM the following morning, as well as the Notice of Appeal prepared (which I have now actually included the restriction order #70 itself in as one of the appealable orders)

I quickly begin rapid filing all of them and by 7:30 AM they are all in, and I cap it off with the Notice of Appeal at #103 - effectively bypassing the filing restriction order entirely overnight, and then locking the docket so it cannot even be legally acted on before the clerks even arrive for work the next morning.

The magistrate Judge Micko who submitted the restriction order is likely losing his fucking mind and getting calls from god knows who freaking out, and so he then submits an additional TEXT ORDER at #104...Right AFTER my Appeal at #103:

And on the very same day he issued his dismissal the Hennepin County Court immediately mailed me out an appearance for August 5th and literally "restarted" the operation full force, while pretending that everything was perfectly normal and not even acknowledging what is now irrefutably proven to all be based on fraud and entrapment under the color of law. The court is literally involved in carrying out and now all trying to cover up a literal assassination attempt on my life, and the kicker is that we KNOW THAT MAGNUSON'S DISMISSAL WAS A REACTIONARY MOVE. How? - Because if it had been planned or known that he was going to pop up and try to bury the entire thing via dismissal order there is no way in hell that two Minnesota Attorney Generals would have EVER signed into the case BEFORE he even dismissed it, and BEFORE I was able to even complete service on the named defendants. The reason that this is a really big deal is that they essentially signed in and have now ended up completing service for me by officially being named as the attorneys of record for 23 out of the 30 named defendants - THIS INCLUDES MINNESOTA GOVERNOR TIM WALZ, ATTORNEY GENERAL KEITH ELLISON, and everyone else who tried to immediately "restart" the disappearance operation immediately following the dismissal.

This means that they are now all under the same "umbrella" legally and so Tim Walz and Keith Ellison, and the entire Minnesota executive branch are all now OFFICIALLY INVOLVED, and are considered to have full knowledge of exactly what is taking place. My investigation into the searches and the graph I assembled reveals that DARPA (x2), The Defense Intelligence Agency, the US State Department, US Indo Pacifc Command, US Air Force (x4), US Army and USC (x2) (both directly involved in the fraud), many other .gov entities, along with multiple companies connected to the World Economic Forum and IDF via their CEO's were all searching for my profile.

This occurred even though I was not promoting myself at all and never even finished setting up my LinkedIn page properly. I was not even on there at all the entire time I was working on building my company and prototype.

Many of these searches occurred before my patent application was even published on September 22nd, 2022 and still should've been a 'secret'

These searches all line up perfectly with events taking place in my life at the same time.

One of which includes 'calling' the police by shooting a gun into the air after I realized what was all going on, that I was under attack, and I became convinced I was going to be killed/assassinated

I came to this conclusion after all of my devices were being hacked into, my phone calls were seemingly being re-routed, my realization that all of the fraud was being carried using advanced ai (late 2022/Jan 2023..) along with the sudden discovery that even though I had unplugged my ethernet cord and disabled my WiFi adapter that my computer was still being accessed somehow which I realized was taking place over a Bluetooth PAN adapter that was activated in my network connections. I suffered from what I would later learn is called an 'acute stress reaction' - basically I became completely freaked, gorilla taped the deadbolts on both entry doors, and just 'shut down' as my mind instantly went into hyperdrive after realizing the full scope of 'what' I was actually in the middle of.

This occurred after approximately 6 weeks of downloading, compiling, parsing, and analyzing a massive amount of digital forensic evidence while simultaneously trying to get help from every possible government agency who is supposed to help people like me as the whole situation became progressively more stressful, surreal, and 'crazy' with each passing day it seemed like.

As crazy as it sounds I am even more convinced now that I in fact made the correct decision in hind sight even though I still think it is just as 'crazy' now as I did when it was actually happening. Meaning I didn't 'lose my mind' and just start shooting a gun off but rather it was a calculated decision - one which took a large leap of faith to actually follow through with as I could barely believe I was actually even considering doing it in the first place much-less actually following through with it when the time came to finally be safely extracted from and force attention on what I perceived to be a very dangerous situation....one which I wasn't able to get any sort of help resolving even though I had attempted repeatedly.

I still maintain all three of my original Nvme hard drives from that day as I cloned all of them and used the clones to power my computer up again following the incident.
The original drives will no doubt backup my claims about being hacked and targeted if a thorough digital forensic analysis is conducted.

I also had what I believe to be an illegal CIA surveillance operation carried out on me via a local welder I was connected with as is detailed in my correspondence with MN State Senator Amy Klobuchar's office which abruptly ended once they realized that all of their government friends were involved in the fraud....which is when I sent the certified mails and took pictures and documented everything I sent to them.

This is further corroborated by the fact that there was fraudulent discovery material introduced into my criminal/civil court case which resulted from shooting the gun off, in which 24 photographs were missing and the picture I had left displayed on my laptop of said welder appears to be the only photograph that was manipulated. The original discovery material as it was mentioned in the forensic psychologist's report lists 104 photographs of my apartment taken by the police - the fraudulent discovery material only contained 80 photographs and the metadata reveals the PDF was created less than 24 hours before I received it as an email in August of 2023 (the incident occurred on Jan 21st, 2023....)

This fraudulent discovery material was subsequently used as evidence relied upon by the second psychological examiner I was forced to visit with after an 'Order of Civil Commitment' was filed against me on July 20th, 2023  - all of which seemed to be intentionally and egregiously deceptive when comparing the final reports that were produced to the actual contents of the meetings that took place to the point that I am convinced their intention was to in fact get me committed to a mental institution. As a result of the fraudulent discovery material I discovered that was introduced into my case, in addition to everything else I have now been able to uncover and prove I have since filed 3 pro-se motions in my  court case -

• A 'Demand or Request For Discovery' to obtain all of the police photos, squad video, police interview video, etc.
• A 'Request for Continuance Requiring Judicial Approval' due to the fact that I'm pretty sure I was being setup in a 'trap' had I not been monitoring my case files continuously, had not read the court order that was issued, and had actually shown up for the February 1st hearing that was suddenly scheduled
• and a 'Motion for Production of Medical Records' to try and obtain a copy of the 3rd psychological examiners report that was produced after I had a two hour long '6 month review' meeting over Zoom right at the start of 2024 in which I was once again deemed as 'Incompetent to Stand Trial' even though I now have all of the receipts that invalidate the entire premise of the initial report as I've now very clearly established I was/am in fact 'targeted' because of my patent via my LinkedIn graph, and somehow my name has ended up at the very top of a Netflix patent that should have never been granted - one which I can prove resulted in a supposed payment of 100 million dollars to its inventor by Netflix.

I am currently no longer being provided with anything related to my case. I have not been provided with any of the discovery material I requested (besides the PDF of the police photos I realized were fraudulent), and have not even been provided with the 6 month examiners 'psychological review' report even though I have not only filed my own motions to try and obtain this stuff but have also requested it multiple times from my criminal defense attorney - 'CLR Bruce Rivers' - Whom I have actually known for over 20 years due to the fact that I met him when he called into a local radio station to represent me for free after I got a pedestrian on the freeway ticket for writing 'Fire Denny Green' in the fresh snow with my feet in front of the MN Vikings training facility when I was 19 years old.

This is due to the PhotoRobot YouTube videos being submitted to the USPTO via an 'Information Disclosure Statement' by my patent attorney shortly after I was directed to it by the CEO of Mark Robert's Motion Control following a 3 week delayed reply which I believe was the result of those 3 weeks being used to quickly generate a bunch of fake web pages and content using advanced ai image and language models that were still unreleased and largely unknown to the public at the time this was occurring.

I really need some help.

I am very worried about my future as a whole right now and I am desperately trying to find someone that is willing to help garner the additional attention that I believe my story deserves. I just want for this crazy ride I've been on to be over. The nonstop uncertainty and stress is very exhausting. If I had never came up with the idea in the first place I would be 100x better off than I currently am as I literally passed up a 'dream job' at VYV that would've been a significant advancement 'upwards' even from where I was working the entire time I was in Los Angeles. A decision that was very easy to make at the time so I could focus solely on building my company and prototype as I've always known the true value of what I've invented all along - apparently so have many others though...

I would also like to make you aware that never once in my entire life have I ever felt like I needed to reach out for help like I currently am. I have always been self sustaining and tax wise have always been self employed for pretty much my entire adult life which began with me starting my own house painting company when I was 20 years old. I could potentially try to start reaching out to companies for work now (such as the VYV job opportunity I passed up..) but I am still working nonstop by myself currently to try and keep everything I have invested the last three + years of my life building intact and afloat as it I refuse to let them steal all of it from me.

I have now reached the point where I have successfully unraveled their big criminal conspiracy even though there are still many additional supporting factors and 'pieces of the puzzle' I have figured out that serve to substantiate the fraud even more than I already have. Now I somehow need to figure out how to pull out of the financial nose-dive I am currently in so that I can at least regroup, refocus, and continue forward with my business.

I still have a fully working prototype that I have built and which is fully programmed to the point that it wouldn't take much work at all to be able to start generating a consistent $8,000/month at least locally without even needing to worry about trying to complete the 'final' VR and virtual production use case I invented it for. Literally a week max of programming time along with approximately $2000-$2500 for a one year insurance policy, and the cost of building a proper, custom, shipping crate for the unit and whatnot would be all that is needed.

What I have already built and posses is a very valuable addition to filming products or people when controlled by a lighting controller just on its own (instead of a computer synced to Unreal Engine) and I already have all of the 'ins' at the many local studios via my good friend. Once the unit is generating revenue my trademark applications are 'activated' - at which point I could potentially sue Google for infringement, my life and business will at least be stabilized, and I will be able to very easily receive investment into my company based simply on a plan of producing additional units to generate additional revenue that doesn't even include the 'bigger' plan- one which will also still be advanced in terms of working with a local studio here in Minneapolis that is still offering help and free studio time and use of their robotic camera to complete the demo I have been trying to complete the entire time all of this chaos has been unfolding around me nonstop.

If there truly is any sort of actual 'justice' or fair and unbiased legal system that still exists in our currently very fucked up country, I am of the opinion that I should be able to retire and live the rest of my life comfortably based solely on the lawsuit I could file against the US government for the egregious harm inflicted upon my life along with damages for completely derailing not only my 'life' with all of the stress, and everything I have been put through but all of the time that I should've instead been devoting to my business instead of being in fear that they were instead going to kill me, lock me up, or have me committed to a mental institution. Besides this there is also the illegal CIA surveillance operation that was carried out on me via my welder. If you are able to help me out at all by helping to get my current situation the attention I believe it is deserving of it would be a huge help in relieving some of the current anxiety I have about the future. They are hell bent on destroying my life and I believe killing me ultimately. I am really scared that if I end up in a mental institution as they have planned that I will never come out due to the fact that I am up against the entire 'machine' if you will. At the very least if I end up in a mental institution I will actually become 'incompetent' as they want to put me on powerful 'anti-psychotic' drugs, which I have never been on in my life before.

I just filed a bunch of pro se motions into my criminal court case to try and 'defend' myself since it has become blatantly obvious that no one else is actually doing so. My criminal defense attorney I originally hired to defend me, and whom I have known for over 20 years (since I was 19 years old..) is CLR Bruce Rivers (https://www.youtube.com/@CLRBruceRivers) It has become very clear both through his actions (he has outright lied to me about court proceedings) and through his own words that he is no longer working on my behalf and is in fact working for the 'powerful people that are keeping an eye on me' - this is a direct statement he made to me over the phone in May of 2023, and which is very clearly detailed in my 'Affidavit of Fact' I filed into my court case on April 9th, 2024, in which I share all of our personal text messages, my emails to him, my cell phone records, my call history with him, and my own, personal text messages I sent to friends after it happened. He made the statement to me "YOU HAVE SOME VERY POWERFUL PEOPLE KEEPING AN EYE ON YOU" during a brief phone call, after which point I obviously wanted to know more but he would not give further details, and then after that it became clear to me that he was either being pressured, paid, intimidated, etc. as his demeanor and everything following that point had a very clear and sudden 'shift' if you will. The other HUGE issue is the conflict of interest involved insofar as his YouTube fame, and the fact that YouTube is one of the entities involved in the massive criminal conspiracy and fraud being carried out against me and my patent. All of my current legal issues stem from me shooting a gun into the air on January 21st, 2023 as a 'call' for help after the seriousness and sudden realization of what I was wrapped up in suddenly became blatantly clear, leading me to become convinced that I was going to be killed. All of my phone calls were seemingly being re-routed, my computers and all of my devices were being hacked into, I had a 'former CIA' and military connected welder I just happened to get connected with, I was coming across advanced ai produced content for the first time in my life which was all essentially 'aimed' directly at me, and on and on and on. Keep in mind that prior to all of this I was very happily and excitedly 'minding my own business' as I sat in my apartment and built the fully working prototype I now posses. The one I designed, engineered, fabricated, wired, and programmed, along with help from my two business partners for some of the more complex programming aspects related to transformation matrices and whatnot. As a result of shooting a gun into the air I am currently declared as 'Incompetent To Stand Trial' by the Hennepin County Courts. The definition of being 'Incompetent To Stand Trial' simply means that I am "unable to understand the nature of the charges against me or aid in my own defense"

It is worth pointing out that prior to that rather crazy decision of me deciding to shoot a gun into the air to 'call' for help I had in fact been 'calling' for all sorts of help in every possible way.

The thing is that I have been doing nothing but trying to 'aid in my own defense' the entire time but my attempts have been interfered with by Bruce Rivers, the shady court appointed attorney they assigned to me, etc. And as far as my ability to 'understand the nature of the charges against me' I am of the opinion that my simple act of filing my own complex, and legally sound motions into my court case serves on its own to prove that I am obviously competent and 'understand the nature of the charges against me' as most 'competent' people are not even capable of putting together and filing their own legal motions, ones which are supported by case law. By unjustly declaring me as 'incompetent to stand trial' I have been deprived of my right to a fair trial and have been prevented from defending myself in any sort of significant way whatsoever.

ON APRIL 12th, 2024 MY MOTION TO REPRESENT MYSELF PRO SE WAS DENIED.
This was ruled on by the same Hennepin County Judge, Julia Dayton Klein, who has been handing all matters related to my case for quite a while. This is NOT the judge that my case is actually assigned to.
REGARDLESS - This means that I am essentially being FORCED to be represented by someone who I have very clearly proven in my subsequent filings is no longer fulfilling his legal and ethical obligations of defending me, and who I have also proven has a profound conflict of interest, has outright lied to me about representing me in my civil proceedings, and who has also lied to me when he told me there was "No court" on January 16th, 2024 only to then have a court order issued which states that "All parties agreed to a finding of incompetency before the hearing" - EVEN THOUGH I NEVER AGREED TO THIS AT ALL.

I have no idea what to do next or what the correct path forward is. I am also unsure if because my 'Motion to Represent Myself pro Se' has been denied, if that also then means that the court has no obligations at all to address the other SIGNIFICANT motions I have filed into my case - Ones which very clearly PROVE that the court itself is committing fraud and involved in very deceptive actions - All of which are being carried out for the sole purpose of negatively affecting me, my case, and ultimately my entire future and my 'life' as a whole.

I need some serious help. I just narrowly avoided having to appear at the scheduled in person hearing that was scheduled for Feb 1st, 2024 - which was the result of the court order that was issued that states that I agreed to something that I never actually agreed to at all or even knew about. In the court order it is very clearly stated and very obvious by the language used that the plan was 100% to detain me at court and commit me directly to a "safe and secure facility" where I would remain until my competency can be restored. This order and EVERYTHING is all shared in great detail in my additional court motions I filed which are all publicly accessible.

I am going to follow up this post with my 'original' post I was assembling a while back specifically for this forum - which I have waited to post on here until the time was right due to my belief that this old school VBulletin style forum is (hopefully) outside of the reach of any censorship or containment - something which definitely does seem to taking place somehow as it relates to my Substack page, my Rumble channel, etc. I am not sure how exactly but it is very clear that it is in fact happening.

I am very worried right now. About everything. I am scared that I am going to be disappeared, setup, suicided, etc. I never asked for or wanted any of this and have always been willing to outright sell everything since I first discovered the existence of the Netflix patent application filed just 12 days after mine. I have no choice now but to fight...but it doesn't matter how hard I fight if no one else knows that my fight even exists in the first place. Hence my reasoning for reaching out to all of you....and for praying before I sat down to write this post even though I wouldn't consider myself any specific religion - I do however believe that there is most definitely a 'creator' though, and asking for help can't hurt.

If anyone is able to share this with a much larger audience to help this get the attention it deserves I believe that as many people as possible knowing about this is the most important thing right now besides legal and financial help/support.
