Update: After contacting CEX on reddit - this was resolved for me. It took some time and my situation may be different as I reside in 2 countries, one of which is where CEX doesn't provide services. I hope other having issues will be able to resolve them as well

Hi!
I was writing to CEX.IO about this but haven't heard anything for over 7 days now: I can't make any withdrawals. My account is fully verified and I have been using CEX for years, still, for every withdrawal I start, status is pending ("Transaction is being processed") for some time and then after some time, sometimes days failed ("(100%) Transaction failed. Funds returned...."). There is no additional information provided.
I have tried multiple connected bank accounts and eth wallets (some that were used to transfer money to CEX before) and nothing seems to be working.
My account is fully verified and I have tried to find anything else that might be an issue with the account but all seems to be in order. Is there anything that can be done here?
