Would you mind posting screenshots of your conversation with their support? It would bring more information on what exactly is going on with your issue with changenow.io.
just want to add that they have a representative here in the forum(
ChangeNOW) but they haven't been online since last November. you can also check trust summary on their profile to see the reason for the red flag their account received.
They delete chat every time, i had their email same in chat they answer like this
