I'll add few more tips:
1. Hide your email address from public, go to Profile --> Account Related Settings
2. Never ever participate any bounties, someone might use your address or social media accounts on purpose, so when a scam buster find you've linked to other user and participate in a same campaign, you will get negative feedback.
3. You must use very strong password or update your password regularly e.g. once a month.

Why are you confused, you just need to see when this contest was published and when your account was created. This Contest Thread Published on April 7, 2024
Your account was created on April 25, 2024So, you don't have the opportunity to enter the contest because your account is created after the contest Thread is created. There's no other way to join unless you have an older account before the contest is published. Okay... Thank You Soo Very Much So how do I get NEWS On Subsequent Upcoming Contests please??? |

What he meant by that was simply, your registration date. Date Registered: April 15, 2024, 05:56:08 AM . You have to be registered on the forum before the contest is released to participate. That's what he meant. How do one do that please?? Cos, I AM Confused as well |

Eating healthy no easy too oo, as I'm struggling, 50% of my income is expended on Food. And it's really not easy because, if you don't stay healthy you're gonna fall sick.
