Since my ticket on bc.game is literally being ignored...
2 weeks ago a "support" agent(allegedly) created a ticket (after I had to run through 4-5 other chat employees trying to get rid of me / the problem by simply claiming that i already used /received the missing reward).
2 weeks.
I didn't receive any response whatsoever , let alone my reward (16$ from the slot master quest) & the "support" ....
Well I'm pretty sure that everyone who ever contacted the "support'' knows the drill.
Copy <-> Paste -> Randomly end the chat after 20 seconds.
