1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Kineko scams 250 000$ (breaches withdrawal agreement twice) on: May 10, 2024, 01:47:08 PM
Thank you for your PM.

I have just contacted them with this thread`s URL and I hope that we will hear back soon.

Ok. Appriciate it. Dont execept any response from them though. The guy running the site, koinkraft, called me an "abuser" in their discord yesterday. If any of the readers have read my inital post, kineko themselves are under no illusion that I am an "abuser" when talking with them before I published this thread. It is my interpretation that this "abuser" wording is used to disarm this thread. But facts do not lie, do they?

If I am an "abuser" why would they strike two withdrawal agreements?

If I am an "abuser" why would they increase my maxbet from 10k to 12k, 12k to 18k and 18k to 20k?

Proof: when I publish my bet history. You will see my max bet steadily increasing through out the half year.

If I am an "abuser" why would they personally invite me over email to their new sportsbook in November 2023?

If I am an "abuser" why would they pay me 1000 usdc in their wagering competition in Janary 2024?

I want to add an important detail. I have wagered on the largest events and bet on odds available for the whole market (bet365, stake, betsafe and such bookmakers had similar odds). I can post my bet history to back up this claim, if this is of interest.

Koinkraft goes on to claim that "decision was made to freeze his account after through analysis of his betting pattern and bet history."

My account was frozen yesterday. I had access and could be freely place bets until I published this bitcointalk thread. My account was not frozen.

Also Koinkraft's claim that they did "through analysis of his betting pattern and bet history". What can one say? It is as believable as it exist flying monkeys. Greed bleeds through this project. Can you see it?
what does he mean by “abuser”? How was there abuse after thorough analysis of your betting history? Are your bets on sides and totals or are there prop bets? Posting wagers does help.

Your guess is as good as mine. The majority of my winnings came from livebets. Mostly on 1X2 on the biggest europen football events. The prices kineko had was the same as other spoortsbooks. They could have limited my stakes if they perceived me as a winner or what they call "abuser". They did not limit, they increased my stakes.

Little side note. Kineko devs acknowledged in asking for an amicable solution that their "sports data provider in terms of offering really high odds for various games even after countless requests to sort this out."

I am not to be paid due to them knowingly letting me bet on "high odds", increases my max bet while they had this knowledge, went from losing to winning and now tells me that it is my fault to have placed wagers on these high odds. If true, in poker language, this is called "freerolling". Letting a player play until he loses. In case he wins, the winnings will not be paid. For a casino bearing a Japanese name, there is not much honor to be traced in using this strategy against their customers.

For transparency sake they (kineko) should be the one publishing the bet history. I know they read this thread. If they back their word, publish the full bet history from my first bet at the end of December 2022 to my last bet January 2024. They have my blessing to publish it.

My kineko account was today disabled. 250 000$ inside it. Wow.

What happened: Hi, I have had an account with Kineko.com since December 2022. In the next half year, I played at this casino with considerable volume, mainly on sports and the major european football leagues. I was given special limits increased from 10k $ to 12k$, 12$ to 18k$, 18k$ to 20k$ throughout this half year. I was losing the first four months, but the issues with kineko started May 2023, when I wanted to withdraw a larger part of my 250 000$ balance after a lucky streak on football earlier that month. I was informed this from kineko devs 23rd of June 2023:

"I have updates from our management regarding the pending withdrawals:
„Our data provider is not processing the payments as promised. We are now in litigation with the vendor on the agreed payments which can take between 4-6 weeks. Sorry for the bad news but we are not able to speed this up at this point.

If you wish to still bet/deposit/withdraw we can open a second account. Processing withdrawals for your main account is not possible until the litigation concludes.

Please note that we are in the process of switching to a new sports data provider and will have improved event coverage and better lines in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a first for us.“

I responded:

"How you run your risk management is not my responsibility. I played with kineko when betting, not a third party. You are the party that owes me my balance. If you have deals behind the scenes, that is your business. You are a profitable casino. I believe you will be even more profitable in the future. Could a payment plan be agreed upon?”

We eventually agreed upon a payment plan. 15th of July Kineko offered "to process $10,000 worth of withdrawals every week until we come to a conclusion."

Proof: https://imgur.com/5s1b6F9

This payment plan was adhered to for two weeks. They first missed one week, then a second one. Kineko management then said: "We will process $20,000 on Wednesday next week - the 9th of August 2023 - accounting for both weeks. Sorry for the delay on the info. I will make sure this gets processed accordingly"

Proof: https://imgur.com/c4cjyQ1

The 20 000$ was never processed on 09.08.2023. They gave constant excuses until 14.09.2023 I received this email:

"I’m writing you in hopes of finding an amicable solution to the withdrawal situation. We have had many internal discussions about this issue, and we are eager to reach a fair deal with you.

In the past months we had major problems with our current sports data provider in terms of offering really high odds for various games even after countless requests to sort this out. As a consequence we are 2 weeks away of switching our feed provider to a industry-leading solution. Our current provider is not willing to cover any losses occurred and the legal process around this will potentially drag out for several years.

Given that you already received an excess of 100k in net withdrawals would you be willing to reach a settlement with us?

I hope you understand the difficulty of the situation and our position as a young startup."

I responded:

"I wish you the best of luck with your decision to change providers. (…).

You may have noticed that I have engaged a third-party mediator through casino.guru to address the withdrawal matter. In the complaint, there are four points I list to be addressed:

1.A comprehensive update on the status of my outstanding payments.

2. An explanation for the recurring delays in processing my weekly withdrawals.

3. A clear and reasonable timeline for the complete resolution of the payments.

4. Assurance that my remaining balance and pending withdrawals are secure and will be processed without further delay.

An "amicable solution to the withdrawal situation" can be found if all these four points are fulfilled. From my perspective this is both reasonable and fair. What do you think?"

03.10.2023, I received this proposal, from kineko management:

"here’s the option that would work for us:

- Payment of $10k worth of withdrawals every 15th of a month (…)

- You will be paid in full

Let me know if that works for you!"

Proof: https://imgur.com/Vc8hNyq

I eventually agreed to this payment plan. Parts of it is public on casino.guru (I will publish the rest of it is if relevant). I received the first monthly payment 22.11.2023. Now, the reason I publish this scam accusation today is kineko breached the payment plan for a second time as I did not receive any monthly withdrawal for December (or any month since). They have been non-respondent during this time. Last, I heard from kineko management was 18th of January:

"apologies for the break! I will contact you throughout the next week as I’m currently out of office for personal reasons."

https://imgur.com/ixvviCv

Never heard from them again. They did not reply to the complaint procedure at casinomeister.com either. Proof: https://imgur.com/XOCT1S4

Additionally, for kineko communities’ information, they are currently doing an NFT project which can cost people a lot of money if treated as I have. Link: https://nft.kineko.com/

This case is proof that kineko's word means nothing. They are clearcut scammers if they do not adhere to the agreed upon payments schedule and release my withdrawals. I have waited one year for my withdrawals this month. I have been more than reasonably patient. Release my funds Kineko.
