About a month ago when I tried to log in I got a message that the login information was incorrect and until now the problem is still there. I'm sure I entered them correctly. I tried to reset the password, but the email didn't arrive until the next day, so it was already invalid. Now when I try it, the email doesn't even come. Unfortunately, I haven't found another contact and I'm already desperate. The bitcoins I have in this account are a wedding gift from my brother and I am unhappy about it. I keep trying to reset my password, but I don't get any emails or promos at all. Still having trouble resetting your password? Or is there anyone who has already managed to reset the password? Before that, the mails came to me, but with a delay. Now there is no email for about a week.

@pilarova.nikola please edit the post and delete out the email address you posted. Post your email address in public makes you a target of phishing attacks and hacks.
As for Freebitco.in, I am able to log into my account on the very first attempt without any problem at all. In their thread, I see some complaints similar to yours in the past few days. Unfortunately, we can not really help you ascertain what exactly the issue is. The support should be able to give you the right answer.
Have you tried contacting their support through the contact form under FAQ?
Yes, the brother wrote to them through the FAQ from his account, because this option is only available after logging in. Since I can't get into the account, I can't ask a question. I also wrote directly to the email noreply@freebitco.in, but no reply. I have also added this email in the address book, when I read here on the forum that it could be blocked by the email provider. But before that my emails were fine. I also noticed similar posts. So I will hope that someone will call. I also wrote a private message to @theQuin, but no reply, even though he was already online. I'm just afraid that I will lose a lot of money that my brother gave me and my husband. It's not exactly a small amount and the brother wanted us to wait until the price of BTC rises and have something to start. We already have a daughter who will go to school and everyone's money is useful. |

Hello, I need an advice. I got bitcoins from my brother as a wedding gift. He recommended me freebitco.in, where he has his own account for several years, so that my bitcoins earn interest and that he also gets a reward from it. Everything worked perfectly for about a year until now for about 2 weeks I can't log into the account. I note that I log in everywhere I can. At home, at work on wifi, via mobile data. I was logged out of the account for security or something and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying that the credentials are wrong. I therefore tried to reset the password on my brother's advice. But I didn't receive the email until the next day, and the link was therefore invalid due to the time delay. So I tried the next day and no email came to me. I am using Gmail and following the advice I read here I tried adding noreply@freebitco.in to the address book. That didn't help, the emails still don't go through. I read here that the reason can also be a violation of the rules and multiple accounts. But I don't have any other account. I'm desperate about it. I also wrote to @theQuin, but no reply. I'm not an idiot to risk a large sum of money, which my brother gave me for a few change. I write it as it is and it makes me want to cry. Can anyone advise me what to do? |
