I don’t understand the actual meaning of this statement but it looks like a rant post for being caught using multiple account while one of your account is on self exclusion right?

Casino will not check your account if you deposit because your money is still in their custody. They will not waste their time checking an account that has a possibility to lose their balance in their games.

Don’t rely on casino that they will do the job to stop you on creating an account because it’s your responsibility to follow the rules.

Everything depends on the terms of the casino, there is no "must" or "should" in this case because it will be dangerous for the casino if the casino should give the deposit back to the players who break the terms.
If casinos should, many players from restricted countries will try to abuse the terms by making deposit then play. If they win and they are able to withdraw then it will be benefits for the abusers but if they lost then the refund policy (if it is must as what you said) will also a benefit for the abusers.
I will not say casinos must or should give refund, but the best thing is to have good communication with the players on how to deal with the situation.

OP: take a minute to read over Shuffle’s T&Cs. Or any sites for that matter. They specifically state that they can ban a player at anytime for any reason. Shuffle is very specific about that with their affiliate program. Same is true for their airdrops.
I know the player you’re referring to and she was an incredibly toxic player. I’m assuming Shuffle didn’t want to be associated with that. In fact, that player has been notoriously banned from many well known casinos or muted at the very least.

I am assuming you have more screenshots from these bad messages and insults to back your story. At least that i would have done.. screenshotted everything.

I have to say that sounds strange, but keeping in mind the impersonating incident i'll take anything what might be a fud attack with a huge grain of salt now. And maybe start over your story, because when you say things like "they even have some reasons for not liking me", it sounds like you are leaving something important out, not enough to dox you of course but it would help to have a full story and not just fragments that we need to put together.

Your kyc might have leaked from other places as well, and if you are using same nick, it's not that hard to dox you and use it to freak you out. However i would like to know how shuffle responds, before jumping to conclusions, as we have only your word and two censored pics with it.

Now it is really interesting . It means the scammer was very professional. He was able to scam you by being an imposter of Shuffle owner. Then he also convinced the Shuffle VIP manager to send $2k to BTCGOSU Shuffle account. Perhaps, he has also tricked the VIP manager by presenting himself as Noah. The VIP manager had sent a decent amount to BTCGOSU account. That's why I was thinking that someone from Shuffle team was involved in the case.

Please send through proof of these details being shared by Shuffle staff, because I can guarantee that this has never happened. It seems like you have a separate issue with Shuffle (the fact that you self-excluded and we didn't reenable your account, which is a regulatory and responsible-gambling obligation that we have, which comes before any other preference you/we may have), and as a result you're attempting to bring us down by suggesting that we had some involvement in your personal details being leaked.

This user you screenshotted was banned from chat for attempting to dox you. I would recommend you consider your personal opsec and try and think where you may have shared these details externally, because I can assure you that this user did not attain these details through Shuffle or our staff.
