Well AskGamblers got back to me and basically told me that it's not something that they can investigate and that i should contact a "regulatory body or appointed ADR for any possible further assistance".
I also left a 1 star review on TrustPilot and betpanda quickly got in touch with me for "additional informations", i gave them my contacts, they never got back to me. I also couldn't help but notice that the BetPanda account has been active on this forum in the other Betpanda scam thread but has ignored this one.
Overall, i am none the wiser as to why my account was actually closed and BetPanda ghosting this particular situation across multiple apps/websites doesn't exactly feel me with confidence that they didn't just scam me out of 1.5k $.
