Hi it looks like the current ruggedinbox VPS is not able to handle the current load. RAM is not enough. We are talking about 1GB for few thousand users  We already tweaked all we could (database, antivirus, smtp/pop/imap stack), it was interesting to find the limit but now we must upgrade. So we are planning to move the services to a bigger VPS. A number of users told us that they would like to contribute, so we are accepting donations in bitcoins. Every penny will be spent for the VPS, which price is 18 euros per month. The bitcoin address for donations will never change, so it will be easy to calculate for how many months we are ok. i set up everything,and i have that in my web control,what to do with user name emailed to me together with passkey,user name is my counterparty adress
Look in the advanced control settings and not the web control interface of the F@H client and you will see where it goes. |

Lucky people. I have been waiting over two weeks for my BTC. I did manage to convert some over to LTC (at a loss) but my remaining BTC balance needs to be filled.
I understand they had some problems and I have tried to be patient but I really could use my BTC, I have bills that need paid.
What's your transfer id? I'm asking to get some idea how long more it would take. My id is 1629. How much he owes you? I've been waiting 6 days now and still nothing. Mine is 1648. 0.09515787 BTC I originally had a withdrawal request over two weeks ago but admin canceled that request and refunded my balance without my input. I re-initiated my withdrawal request and after it sat for a few days with no action being taken I canceled and tried to exchange my BTC into LTC which was partially filled. After waiting a day hoping to exchange the rest for LTC and having no success I once again re-initiated a withdrawal request. That request has been patiently waiting to be filled. If I had not managed to get a fair amount of my total balance out of the exchange in LTC I would be a lot more upset. Edited to add - I received my BTC from pmtocoins today. Thank you |

This is the update regarding delayed withdrawals
Today when I logged into the website the first thing I found 1 Auroracoin = 3000 BTC kind of strange I then checked the transactions and other audits to find a bug in the script due to which someone credited his account with 260 BTC fortunately he was not able to withdraw them because of manual withdraw confirmations. But what he did is bought millions of coins on high price this ultimately credits the account of seller with BTC and the seller is innocent here. Now we have withdrawal request of more than what we have as BTC stock. But nevermind we are filling it up and paying to those who are left. We may need some time for this(I am not asking for weeks) like a couple of hours. Current status : Only 10 BTC withdrawals are left which is not more than 7 BTC and will be paid soon.

Slow withdraws are the one aspect of this exchange that I feel is hurting its popularity.
I had a withdrawal pending for 15+ hours only to have it canceled and my account recredited. Now I need to start the process all over and hope I need not wait several more hours. Sometimes quick transactions are crucial and with this exchange you cannot trust that it will be timely.

i just received some free coins but i have no idea why. I put my buy order around the same (0.002) as the others. WTF  ? How could i have got them for this price?  Lucky you. Why would anyone place that order . Why even bother at that price. If they had looked they could see that there were many buy orders, including mine, that were a lot higher then that. it was probably a typo. I have to say it is quite weird how you fill in orders at that site :S I agree, it is. I had to fill mine out a couple times before I got it right. Sucks for them if it was done in error. |

It would seem the dumpers have arrived and sell prices keep getting lower and lower.  Hopefully when all their litebars are sold we can regain a better value. @jrwhite Thank you for your fine service. The pool has had a couple very minor bumps along the way which can be expected but otherwise it has been excelant. |

I've been watching that as well. That seemed to have started at the same time I got a flood of rare invalids. I think something is amiss. I guess I'll get some sleep and see what happens while I am away. |
