Wrench attacks happen all the time.
Usually it is for money, jewelry, credit card pins your car...
I think the difference with BTC is that it is quite possible for someone to have quite a large stash on board...

At the moment, there is arguably a 0.002% bitcoin adoption so it has a long way to go.
People today are "still" earlyish adopters - which is crazy in my opinion.

We been playing on Kineko.com too.
We noticed their odds were out quite badly at some point and it was a license to print money. Anyone who is a sports punter with half decent aggregation software would have picked this up.
I have never had an issue with them, but then we have never tried to rape the casino. Just take small bits here and there and profit. You know the saying - don't rape the golden goose!
I would feel bad for them if too many people took advantage of this though - what a way to kill a business!
