Y lo que comentas de lo que ha pasado en las grandes empresas ahí los usuarios tenían a quien responsabilizar por su pérdida, pero en tu caso al no ser una compañía registrada se vuelve imposible para el usuario asignar responsabilidades.
Alguna sugerencia que me des?, veo a los usuarios que comparto (en otros grupos de Bitcoin en Mexico) este proyecto interesados y emocionados pero no toman ese siguiente paso que es empezar a intercambiar. Quisiera ir a un evento pero en Mexico no hay tales cosas, estoy pensando en intentar mostrarlo/lanzarlo en Canada ahí hay eventos seguidos y puedo darme el ir, pero la verdad no me gustara, Latinoamérica y Mexico se merecen la tecnología primero, nosotros somos los últimos en recibir actualizaciones de empresas |

Digamos que Juan le paga a Pepe a través de Paypal la cantidad de $1000 pesos, depues Pepe paga con esto su recibo de teléfono, ahora Juan decide echar para atrás el pago levantando una queja sobre estafa, así que paypal le regresa el dinero mientras que se lo descuentan a Pepe. Sin embargo si pepe no tenía dinero en su cuenta lo que pasa es que paypal te crea saldo negativo.
De nuevo, es mediante transferencias bancarias, estos son irreversibles, solo me pasas tu numero de cuenta (por ejemplo BBVA) y yo te deposito la cantidad de Bitcoin que estas vendiendo al precio de mercado, y tu liberas los bitcoins, (previamente yo te contacté para intercambiar bitcoin por fiat) Lo interesante aquí es que tu puedes ser Juan y Pepe al mismo tiempo.
Creo que tu iniciativa es admirable para un chaval de 19 años mis respetos. Vale la pena pulirla y escuchar las criticas de la comunidad para mejorarla, pero vas muy bien.
Muchas gracias, créeme que leo todas sus criticas/apoyos/opiniones y los entiendo, esta startartup/compañia (como gustes llamarla) es difícil de iniciar puesto que estoy manejando los activos (dinero) de otras personas y quiero ganarme esa confianza que el mercado me esta pidiendo porque al final de cuenta los usuarios se benefician de la compra justa de bitcoin El principal tema es la confianza, el problema es que en cierto punto cuando tu casa de cambio tenga muchas ordenes de venta, y muchos BTC depositados, tu simplemente podrías tomar ese dinero y borrarte del mapa. ¿Que garantía tienen los usuarios de que eso no pasará?
Por cada orden de venta hay una wallet independiente que almacena los bitcoins no todo recae a una sola wallet, todo esta automatizado en el código backend de la aplicación, este no es un exchange común donde yo almaceno tus activos (por alguna extraña razon la gente deja ahí sus cripto activos y no usa una wallet que le pertenezca) solo estarán almacenados una vez que la compra se realize y es responsabilidad del comprador y es lo que insisto en el sitio web que saquen su bitcoin lo mas pronto posible a una wallet que les pertenezca NO DEJEN SU BITCOIN AHÍ, ahora si bien yo te pregunto a ti ¿Como puedo dar la garantía de que no agarre el dinero y me borre del mapa? porque al final nada esta garantizado, empresas serias en su momento como MT.GOX o FTX fueron gigantes y muy confiados pero al final terminaron en fraude, lo mismo puede pasar con binance, el día de mañana CZ se le bota la canica y descubrimos fraude y millones de dólares se van al caño. Yo no veo la necesidad de que existan exchanges mafiosos que te vendan todo a como les da su gana y comisión por compra y comisión por venta y comisión por retirar (y estas comisiones son por porcentaje pobre de ti si mueves mucho dinero que se te va a ir una gran parte en comisiones), me gustara que bitcoin y en general las criptomonedas sean usadas en el día a día y pueda intercambiarlas con personas, ¿Pero que pasa? No todos conocemos personas con las que podamos intercambiar, no se usa mucho este tipo de activos en personas comunes y no esta popularizado por la gran mancha que hay sobre esta tecnología (Bitcoin es fraude, Bitcoin no vale nada, Bitcoin es Ponzi, Hay estafas en cripto, y aparte comunmente cripto es usado para hacerte millonario de la noche a la mañana o así lo venden muchos y yo creo que no es eso) o en muchos casos "Hice una orden de compra en Bitso de 25 mil pesos y me dieron al final 20 mil que mierda puta estafa" |

Si envías imágenes falsas (tu eres el comprador en este caso) el vendedor verá tu captura de pantalla y revisara su banco y vera que no hay ningún deposito, pero extrañamente vera tu captura de confirmación, entonces como incongruencia reportará el post y yo "el fundador de la plataforma" veré el mensaje del vendedor que reporto el post, (este mensaje diciendo algo como "El vendedor me mando la captura de pantalla pero no veo el deposito reflejado en mi banco" me pondré en contacto con el comprador (en este caso tu) y te pediré la identificación interbancaria (clave ID publica del sistema bancario Mexicano para ver detalles de una transacción bancaria) y ahí sabré cual fue el problema y quien tiene la razon.
Aún así sigue existiendo una vulnerabilidad. Si alguien te deposita un cheque de otro banco a tu banco, se ve reflejada la transacción en tu cuenta bancaria, sin embargo para el banco le toma 24 horas para confirmar que el depósito sea verídico, entonces por un momento ves el dinero reflejado en tu banco pero al día siguiente que el cheque sea rebotado esta transacción desaparecerá de tu cuenta. Te lo digo por que a mi me han estafado en el pasado con este método. Hay que tener en cuenta muchos factores, en el momento de una estafa es difícil saber quien está mintiendo, cualquiera puede editar una página web con la consola del navegador y tomar una captura de pantalla. Okey interesante contrapropuesta, no es mediante depósitos de cheques es mediante transferencias bancarias y las imágenes se almacenan en la nube es imposible que puedas editar la imagen/borrar/volver a almacenar la misma imagen. Y si es posible mediante una transferencia bancaria pasar el dinero y luego reclamarlo después para que me lo devuelvan entonces dime como para hacerlo yo también, me encantaría pagar mis servicios comunes mediante transferencias bancarias y reclamar el dinero devuelta a la hora de salir del establecimiento (  es broma esta madre es super imposible JAJAJAJAJAJA) Me agrada que siguas insistiendo en alternativas para confiar, de nuevo al final si esta plataforma es de tu interés y me pides una prueba de confianza con gusto te la daré, en cambio si no te interesa, no encuentras util o simplemente estas feliz con lo que hay en en el mercado, no me pidas mi confianza porque al final no la necesitas. Yo no entiendo porque muchos usuarios incluso con buenas intenciones no comprenden que uno no puede venir y tirar un sitio web pensando que la gente va a confiar porque si, primero uno tiene que hacerse un nombre en el foro o empezar a construirlo y posterior a eso se le dará el espaldarazo.
¿Como puedo generar la confianza/tu confianza? Al final si esta plataforma es de tu interés y me pides una prueba de confianza con gusto te la daré, en cambio si no te interesa, no encuentras util o simplemente estas feliz con lo que hay en en el mercado, no me pidas mi confianza porque al final no la necesitas |

Tienes razon no esta registrado el negocio, tengo 19 años conozco bien la tecnología pero no se nada de negocios, pero al final, si fuera registrada, ¿Usarían realmente la plataforma? mi intención no es estafar o robar, solamente quiero crear algo para la comunidad, algo que nos beneficie a todos El segundo problema que veo, es el proceso, que pasa si yo envío imágenes falsas de el depósito, aun la compañía intervenga, no se puede verificar por imágenes que la transacción bancaria fue realmente realizada. Y sin duda alguna esto es algo que generará problemas a futuro.

Para eso tengo el grupo de WhatsApp para que antes de generar una orden de venta concuerden con un comprador y viceversa, al final no es una plataforma gigantesca con miles de usuarios en donde si creas una orden de venta alguien la acepta al momento además en este momento no esta la funcionalidad de cancelar post y retirar bitcoin pero la puedo programar |

En cuanto a las intenciones que declaras son muy honorables, pero hay una serie de cuestiones que me hacen saltar las alarmas. En primer lugar debo decir que carezco de los conocimientos para valorar tu producto, pero sin haber entrado a investigar creo que sería interesante que aclararas entre otros los siguientes puntos para aquellos que lean tu mensaje:
- ¿Se trata de una plataforma centralizada, o descentralizada?
- En caso de que sea centralizada, has constituido una empresa para la administración de la actividad? y en caso de ser DEX, está disponible el código para poder ser auditado?

Buena tarde mi nombre es Alberto y quiero cambiar la forma en la que las criptomonedas son usadas He estado pensando sobre la comunidad de bitcoin amo la tecnología y amo el poder que nos dan las criptomonedas así como la responsabilidad que conllevan Estoy súper enojado como los exchanges enormes hacen dinero a costa de robarnos en silencio, a mi y a todos los usuarios Al comprar en Binance o en cualquier exchange estos te venden los btc a precio mas alto y tu no te das cuenta, hasta que investigas el precio de mercado, después estos te quietan comisión por compra ósea que después de sobrevenderte aparte te quitan comisión y a la hora de vender ni se diga, estos te lo compran a un precio mas bajo y te quitan comisión por venta esto es una barbaridad, un usuario nuevo que no sabe sobre el tema dirá bueno pues así es esto y lo desalienta, ve que invirtió dinero y le dan muy poco de lo que ah invertido, a mi me pasó yo que ya llevo años en esto y muchos que lo están, odian los exchanges tradicionales, y la verdad quiero aportar a la comunidad al respecto.
