Thanks, I repeated myself so their employees would see this until they finally respond. If they see me on every page, they are more likely to try to solve this. I'll try in the scam accusation board. Not really used to forum.....
Most might consider it as spamming and its not always effective - the best method is to get a thread for your case and notify them about it and also try as much as possible to explain everything that happened, add all evidence you have to support your claim. Since you don’t know too much about the forum, then it would be best to first go through some scam accusation threads and see how they were created and the suggestions that were given one how to make it even better. I just made a post in scam board, but I doubt that with my newbie status that I will be able to reach people sight....  |

I made a withdrawal Sunday of a big portion of my FUN Token to MEXC. It was said I would have it ~1hr. It’s now almost 12hr without receiving my FUN, there’s no way to find Tx of withdrawal, they just disappeared without a trace and I guess I just lost those 8400 token I was purchasing everytime I had enough sats..
Yes, I double checked the address I entered into the withdrawal address zone and entered my 2FA (so definitely, they received my request, I even had the green rectangle box message on Freebitco that was confirming everything was ok….
I tried to get an answer on Twitter, but they never answer there…… nor on the message box section on the website…
Kinda stressed because I have still like.. 5days on MEXC before I’m probably gonna be kicked out and my assets will be frozen since I’m canadian and we can’t use MEXC anymore at around the end of the month (I think it’s the 29th)
Can they refund me the token I never received even though I followed everything as it should’ve been done..? I check on MEXC, they have a form for when transactions didn’t deposit, but since Freebitco didn’t gave the TX nor have updated the history of FUN assets, I can’t even use that form from MEXC…
Also, this week I received a message on Freebitco saying they were having trouble sending me my premium newsletter (with my daily free spin) on my email, then they sent me a email to confirm my address was still ok, in email there was no link to confirm, only saying that if I received it, everything was alright and nothing else was required….. but still, I don’t receive anything since almost a week.
Is Freebitco trying to rip me off? First time in all those years of fidelity that they have multiple issues at once and not seems to be working on them. Been on Premium program for 1114days now (almost 1115).
Please help me out, I’m stressing my life lol I was going to use this portion of my FUN to pay bills
I tried to reach to CSFBS. No answer. I've been trying daily since the problem with CSFBC, Freebitcoin Message box AND their Twitter account. All of them showing daily signs of life (online status/post on Twitter). I registered and post my first post in their gambling talk etc. after couple of hours without seeing deposit arriving in my MEXC account, Monday Morning. Still nothing.

Am I being scammed? Do I need to involve my government/fraud department about freebitco and the shitty customer service they have? I mean, it’s kinda a financial service at this point. Maybe that’s what’s needed. Because I’m trying and trying and still…. Nothing working out to reach someone to solve THEIR bug!
If you don’t get a response here then go to the scam accusation board and create a thread there that might help you get enough attention from forum members that will make them look at your case more closely to figure out what actually happened. You don’t have to keep repeating the same thing over and over again, since you haven’t gotten any response then go and make it public because there’s a high chance that your post will be buried under other replies that are being made here. Yes, you're being scammed. I'm sorry to tell you that but it's true you aren't going to get your money back. I've been on here for months because I won a wagering contest for the month with 10 other people that came in spots of 10 and we all got hacked. As soon as the contest ended and all of our money was stolen it was over $21,000. Mine was only $500. Feel bad for the guys who had way more. But yeah you're f***** this website sucks. They removed the FUN token but never updated history of transactions.. Just « Poof! -8400FUN. Thanks for all the time you purchased at 15-16sats/FUN. Now we buy them at 6sats or stole them if you wanna withdraw » SMH… I’m on premium since 1115days, thats how they treat loyalty. Still no DM from CSFBC as well. It’s been since Sunday for the withdrawal, monday morning for the first post here and also the DM for CSFBC! |

Or reimburse it on my account. With the fees it was 8400 FUN. I needed it to pay bills, but hey… I guess I cannot count on Freebitco on that
Do you try to contact their support or PM their support account here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3638285. FBCPR account doesn’t answered complaints anymore since they already assigned someone to handle all the case here. You should PM them they directly rather than posting your concern here because it’s not easy to notice your post due to the number of post made here. It’s been a long time since I use this casino but I’m surprised to see that they still have a very poor customer support despite of the funds they are holding as an early Bitcoin holders while new casino nowadays has a very active live support. Yes, i tried. Never answered. I tried reaching on Twitter, here, inboxed CSFBC here, tried the message box on their website, tried the forum. They don’t take their responsibility. Yet, they want us to still trust them and send our assets there??? Lolllllllllllll I was on premium staking since 4years.. they just lost me if they can’t solve this and/or reach soon. It’s more than 36hours and still nothing sent nor any TxID so I can ask what’s going on to MEXC if they ever were responsible for this. I just dm’ed him again. 1day 3 hour later, since no answer. I guess they take our money but don’t feel responsible on any fu**ing point. Nor on the customer service side nor the responsabilities to do our withdraw once our token are removed from our total remaining |

It seems that customer service focuses on user access problems, 2FA, only.
They do not take care of the security problem that occurred at the end of May, with malicious scripts, changing deposit and withdrawal addresses, which caused other users and me, to steal our money.
I already sent CSFBC by PM the details of my case, but I still have not received a response.
Same here… but if they changed address it is for deposit right? When I entered my address to withdraw it should not be impacted.. or they still have access to the website and changed it when you click the confirmation to withdraw?? Still haven’t got my FUN (erc20) and it’s almost a day now.. I’m mad at freebitco for not answering anywhere.. I putted money in their website. Not just using the faucet. I use lottery and multiply btc, bet too… I sent my money there to do so.. and bought fun with profit.. now those FUN are just gone. I don’t want to withdraw the rest since they’ll probably disappear too…. So I just lost all this money. I’ll warn my friends, family and surroundings to not use this crap anymore… I feel bad because I convinced so much people to register there, they probably lost their money aswell SMH 🤦🏻♂️ |
