6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how much I can mine? on: October 03, 2014, 01:46:18 PM
Hi guys,

I want to know with a cpu core i7 how much hash I can check? is rational use use PC computer to mine bitcoin?

You should mine some CPU only altcoin or some that can be nicely mined with CPU. I mine Monero from end of May with 4 threads of i5.

Nice suggestion, but monero seems to be not profitable for me.

how about mining doge, the diff is not too high, and the market goes up,
i have i7 too and mining dogecoin Cheesy
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can someone teach me? on: October 03, 2014, 12:09:31 PM
I've been burned several times day-trading, also made quite a lot of btc but most of that was down to luck and the right timing. Managed to turn $200 into $8000 just by investing in DRK when it was selling for 200 satoshis.
it is true if it is very difficult to predict the rise and fall of the coin, this is very different from Forex, I think only luck that can make you a good profit.
myself have lose a lot of btc because of trading  Undecided
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any way to buy Bitcoin with cash? on: October 03, 2014, 11:42:48 AM
I would like to buy Bitcoin with cash, but I don't know anyone irl, who has Bitcoin and could sell me some. Bitinstant would let you buy it for cash through Walmart/CVS/other stores cash deposit, but it doesn't exist anymore. And Bitcoin price on eBay is just ridiculous.

I think more than 30% of the people here buys their btc in cash

might be a little hard to buy with cash if a country does not have a community of bitcoin, but cryptocurrency continues to grow in many countries.
just wait little longer  Shocked
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Steve Jobs was Satoshi. on: October 03, 2014, 11:21:05 AM

really ?
maybe Steve not allow his kids to use iDevice while they are still under age.  Undecided
because sometimes if it is too early to use the Smartphone will interfere with the child's growth

13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who's brave enough to invest their life savings into Bitcoin? on: September 16, 2014, 09:31:51 AM
If young and employed and little life savings, I guess it makes sense. If any of those cinditions is untrue, I'd call it unwise to foolish.

Yes, risks exist in any speculation. Does a man has long enough time to wait for the recovery of big drop of Bitcoins ? If holding bitcoins by life savings, you need to have super confidence to the market.

bitcoin is unpredictable and very risky,
only experienced people can survive, because it is very difficult if not learn from experience and must think smart.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Block chain size/storage and slow downloads for new users on: September 15, 2014, 04:28:13 PM
Thanks for this Mike. Even though I have been using the BitCoin-QT client for a few months now, I was always wondering how long it would take to download and why all of the blocks were useful.
