@nc50lc first of all thank you for your reply. to be honest i do not really understand what you mean i'm not an expert in crypto. but in lamens terms; did i lose the 0.15 btc or is there hope and if so what must i do to gain control over it again please ?

@hosseinimr93 i'm not an expert in crypto so i don't know the answer to your questions, but when i follow the instructions @ nc50lc gave me i found out that on blockchain.com i have 2 btc addresses and the address with 0.15 btc is bc1qmsm9ga2ct7ma7m6854jc7kx54a6300vsekh8g3 with a balance of 0.15 BUT when i click on it the balance shown is 0. still the blockchain mobile app and website show 0.15 btc in my defi wallet. how can it show that many btc in the wallet but when you import the wallet with the seedphrase in a ledger nano or use a blockchain explorer the balance is zero. its all a big mystery to me now.

@FinneysTrueVision is tried to import it in electrum but that showed a balance of 0 while the ledger nano showed 113 euro. i wonder if a lawyer could help me with this issue, its a lot of money still in my balance but i cannot send it.

UPDATE: today i entered the 12 words seedphrase in my ledger nano S and the balance was 113 euro, which i could send untill it was 0. but on blockchain.com it still says balance 8300, which would be correct , i just don't understand why my wallet is 0 while it really still should be 0.15 btc

i dont understand why this thread should be locked, the subject is can be very helpful for others (and me) with the same issue with blockchain.com p.s. tomorrow i hope to have a ledger nano and i will update if that worked with the seedphrase, i hope so otherwise all my cash is gone. please dont lock this thread yet, thank you.

Because if for instance, your bitcoins are sitting on their custodial wallet like the trading wallet, then it's not covered in your seed phrase because the custodial wallets are fully controlled by blockchain.com and therefore they're the only one who can help you. i did not use exchange, for some reason i cannot unlock that despite trying to with my id card and stuff, it just says that they cannot at this time. also i am 100% sure i have 8k euro left on my blockchain.com wallet so that is correct. i just keep getting that strange error. now i ordered a ledger nano s, and if i'm not mistaken i can use my blockchain.com seedphrase to manage my btc on the ledger with ledger live

i imported the seedphrase in Electrum and i see transactions but the balance is 0 on blockchain.com i still see a balance of 8k euro, any tips please ? i cannot send funds from blockchain.com i get the error your bitcoin transaction failed to send.
