I just want the withdrawal to be processed. Regarding the block of my account, I understand that is the regulations so not too much I can object there

Good to know that you understand why they've banned your account and that you accept their decision. This means you didn't intend to breach their terms and this can help in your case.
If you didn't breach any other term of their ToS then there is a high chance they will let you withdraw your initial deposit. Try sending their PR a pm to inform him about your case. Here is the link to his profile:

I wonder if when they say "and balances forfeit.", do they mean it includes the initial deposits? I remember them returning initial deposits before when an account is banned
They will do it in case you try to circumvent the geo-restriction and create a new account after being banned.

I can not sent PM to him since im freshly register in the website, I checked today, but they still didnt give any reply to my case, tried to reach them on the support chat but also not replying

Where do you access from? Do you use a VPN?

I access from Spain, never had any issue in these weeks, I am ok to not be able to use their platform the law is the law, but removing my account immediately with a pending withdrawal coming not from a wager but from a deposit I made 5 min before the block seem really unfair to me. Still didnt mention what is going to happen with my withdrawal

I have been blocked all of a sudden from the platform Rollbit, with a 481 USDT pending withdrawal all of a sudden. They sent me the following message:

They are not telling me what is going to happen with my withdrawal funds, that come from a deposit 5 min before they blocked me and not from wager into their platform, since immediately I got disconnected without being able to access to my account or see my history. They are not replying anymore to my messages
