I do agree. Patience has its limits on any project, good and bad alike. I hope that his situation will get a happy ending, as both parties should be striving for it.
Thanks for your support. Today, again, the HunnyPlay VIP manager asked for "patience" on Telegram. And said they will update me within this week... for the 1000th time. Actually my patience is at an end. Lets see what this brings.

I hope you understand that the complainant is posting this out of frustration because he feels that he is being ignored its better to resolve this issue right away to avoid escalating this into a scam accusation.
He first posted this issue 20 days ago and the response is not satisfactory; his money has been stuck for 50 days that's too much patience already.
HunnyPlay is doing great in the last two years accusation like this will derail in establishing your reputation, Hopefully on the complainant's next post it will be positive and he'll get his money or Hunyplay will give a satisfactory reason why they withhold the withdrawal.
Thank you for your support. Really appreciate it. I think i've been patient enough already and they are far from a resolution. Because I don't think a resolution is to pay 10% of my withdrawal after 3 months. Also because if they do, the whole point of "being busy with verification process" is nonsense. And that of course is a lie. I see they have enough dollar value in their contract. So the only resolution would be to get this withdrawal going within a couple of days. I am happy to give all the information on every game I played, because there is absolutely no reason to withhold this withdrawal. Actually, I agree on what you say and I really loved playing there, but this is just not right. Thanks again for your support and I will sure post if there is a positive outcome, until then; Scammy project and your funds are not safe

There is no resolve plan other than release 10% of the withdrawal (700$) at the end of this month. So you think that is a resolution for this problem; waiting 3 months for 10%? I saw enough cash in the contract many times to pay me in full the past 8/9 weeks and still you refuse to. I think everyone here must know that until you pay me out in full, you are not a good project and the funds of your players are NOT SAFE.

Still no solution, still getting back "waiting on response from the team", "we are working hard to fix it". I saw enough dollar value in the contract and still they won't pay. I am a bit suprised by this. Because the VIP manager told me that if I didn't get any funds by SEPTEMBER 30th! He will 'release' 10% of the withdrawal. If there would be some extra verifications needed and this is still not done by then, he could not promise me this. What's a bit funny as well is that your are "actively working to adress the issue". I really, really wonder what you have been doing the last 32 days, since the request for withdrawal.?! Are you taking yourselves serious?

Well, let me start by saying that there is no casino that can satisfy all their customers 100 percent, there will always be some unsatisfied players due to some reasons or the other, and some times, this reason may be the fault of the player him or herself, or the fault of the casino, there are bound to be misunderstanding at times, but what is more important is that at the end of the day, a resolution is reached and both customer and casino are happy.
But then, as regards to this case, holding a customer's fund for more than a day is scammy, not to talk of holding a customers funds against his will for more than 30 days or more that's a very big red flag and one I personally will not advice anyone to ignore.. Thanks buddy, for bringing your case and experience here, it's a good warning to several of us who are either playing on this casino, or are looking forward to playing on the casino some day in the very near future.

The reason I came to this forum is to let people know they need to watch out by playing in this casino. $7K is a lot and I'll do whatever I can to get these funds that belong to me back. If I get nothing back at all, than at least let everyone know that this is a scammy project. Note that I will be honest and will post it straight away when they deposited the funds in my wallet. We'll see....

I wonder where the process is for larger losings, since it was no problem to lose big on Hunnyplay...
And suddenly there is a whole process for medium size winnings.
If the contract has enough funds, why would you not just complete the withdrawal process?
Actually it is funny that at first the withdrawal was approved and then suddenly due to 'volatile markets' and 'verification standards' I'll have to wait.
I will add the snips of these conversations later if necessary.
Again for the persons reading this, be careful on HunnyPlay, cause until proven otherwise, your funds are not safe and they will decide if your funds are stuck for a very long time, or not.

--BE CAREFUL WITHDRAWAL ALREADY STUCK FOR 30 DAYS-- Was playing a lot on HunnyPlay, especially BLACKJACK. FIRST LOST over $10K, no problem for them. Last time I made a profit of $5K during a session, wanted to cash out a total of $7000 USDC. Now already waiting 30 days for no reason, had a lot of contact with VIP MANAGER, but still no solutions. Rather than they will pay me 10% of the amount if they don't have a solution before 30th of SEPTEMBER.... Contract has enough cash to pay me out ($9K). They just won't do it. @HUNNYPLAY - FIX THIS!
