The several non-custodial exchanges that support BUSD that I can find do not allow Americans to use them.  Is there an "instant swap exchange" that supports BUSD and allows Americans to use it?

I have some BUSD, and I can transfer it to Binance.us or Coinbase.  But I want to convert it to something else, and neither of these exchanges allow for that.  I am a U.S. Citizen, and the several non-custodial exchanges that support BUSD that I can find do not allow Americans to use them.

How do I, a U.S. Citizen, convert BUSD to a different type of cryptocurrency?
