For sure, there's no reason to block VPN users (to bypass 3rd party providers) for a casino without sportsbet. But there are still "Restricted Countries" not allowed by casino license. And again if you guys ask for KYC verifications, how do those who created accounts and gamble on your platform via vpn going to pass through the KYC process?
I don’t think using a VPN will pose a problem for identity verification, as long as the user submits their real documents. I also found it a bit confusing, so I took a look at their help page to find an explanation. If I'm getting it right, then the reward table Panjul shared above is for users who joined the casino through their VIP transfer program. So only those users will be eligible for those rewards. The other offer applies to all other regular users. So, and I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong, if you wager $250k and you've joined the casino via their VIP transfer program, you'll receive $1,750. Otherwise, you'll only get $1,000. I think the aim from this is to make the transfer program more appealing. The most possible thing is that players can take only 1 reward because it will be very costly for the casino to give $1000 + $1750 for anyone who can wager 250k within 30 days. Giving $1000 for players who can wager $250k is already a generous offer, I've never seen other casino offer such a big reward for that wager requirement. I recently made my first withdrawal from the platform. Operation was smooth but on the withdrawal page. It's hard to know how much one may be charged as withdrawal fees as nothing is shown

You could also add some few notes in the withdrawal page like the minimum withdrawal limit.
Under the transaction tab, we could have Blockchain transaction IDs for each deposit or withdrawals too. This is good for record keeping and feature reference. As of now, I can't retrieve the Blockchain transaction ID from my account

I just got to know about it by chance after visiting this thread. Also there need to be more information like when the race will end. How will the person most bets be determined. Is there a way to view the leader's board?

1. There should be an option to categorize games, especially slot games, according to the game providers. For example, If I want to specifically Pragmatic play games, there should be something like a list of game providers with checkboxes. When I mark the pragmatic play checkbox. I should only be able to see pragmatic play games in the display.
2. Option to mark favourite games for easier access next time
3. Show history of recently played games.

When people play, they want to make a lot of money quickly and when you put an extra amount that they can win, they don't care much about second or third place. They want first place and to take home a lot of money.
In my opinion, OP is right to only put a prize for First Place, that way people will compete with greater motivation, because they will be seeing $500 and they will know that there is only 1 winner, that is, only the best one wins.
I guess you do not participate in casino contest a lot or maybe you are type of gambler who have decent bankroll so you can beat all competitors in a contest easily and take the prize yourself, that's why you can say that gambler do not care about second or third place. Imagine if you are an owner of casino and you provide contest with 1 prize only and since the contest started, there is 1 player who is dominating it with a big gap with the other players. What do you think will be done by other players, will they force themselves to catch the 1st place although the chance is small while they may lose more than the main prize while chasing for the 1st place?
