they are fraud company, cashout and never play on this crap casino, mostly scammers here will reply in favor of sportsbet here just so they can promote their signature

As a result of the approach the OP has taken, I have no sympathy for his predicament as far as him not being allowed to bet at Sportsbet is concerned because of his attitude. Regardless of what he might state, we do not know if he has a gambling addiction or not but I have lost interest in anything he has to say. Here are some of the words the OP has been using, they are justification why he deserves to be ignored: Hi, I got a reply from your team today but your stupid team won't activate my account because they are concern about my gambling problem, is this a joke ? i am 31 year old grown ass man and i only gamble with 10% of money i earn, so that's probably a scam if you won't activate my account, seems like your team is scared that i may recover the money i lost on your website what attitude, you disable my account and you don't want me to get mad ? i lost thousands on your website in past 5 years and this is how you guys treat members ?? what you mean how i treat others, you have nothing good to say, most of you are replying just so your can promote a casino in your signature, stop assuming things and act like a smartass, my account is 5 years old and i only gamble with 10% of my money ok you got what you came for ? congrats on promoting your signature, don't tell me to keep calm, it's been 5 days already , look like this forum is full of clowns who just come here to promote their signature. Do you have evidence about the claims you are making? If someone post here that you stole their money or any other allegation without even providing evidence, how can they be taken seriously? How would you feel if people believed allegations against you when there was zero evidence provided? And why do you have two threads open about the same alleged incident? If the sportsbet.io account is posting replies in the other thread you should lock this. How scam this is a scam while their move is just for your own sake? You can always create new account on different casino if you want to recover your losses. Sportsbet.io is just doing their job to implement a responsible gambling with their players. It’s just a banner under our signature space but we are not obligated to post related to the casino we are promoting.

Hey guys, I have been with sportsbet for 5 years i have lost thousands of dollars on their website but last month i lost $10,000 in a single week and they permanently closed my account saying it's for my safety (LOL) because they think i am gambling addict, they are just scared that i may recover the amount i lost on their website, so avoid them at any cost, there are better casinos available online.

Yes they are fraud company, don't listen to guys here on this forum , they are just bunch of clowns who reply so they can promote a casino in their signature and they always take casino side on this forum

From all I have read here, OP seems to not be patient with the casino team to reaching a resolve on how to tackle OP issue. It is possible that their observations on OP account is true and would in their own efforts try to see how they could help OP possibly control his gambling lifestyle if at all OP would give in to it and allow them to come up with I resolution.
Maybe they are just worried over OP losses as stated by OP and looking at possible means of helping OP. I will suggest OP be patient and calm with them to get back to him as they have already promised and I also believe they would come up with solutions to OP predicament. You should stop acting in such manner so they do not see you as being rude and disrespectful because that approach could just make them not give you the attention you desire. Be calm, patient and of good conduct while waiting to hear from them.

Well, here we have it. OP, you should watch out the way you treat others and yourself. If there is any sign of problematic gambling sp.io as well as any other site is basically forced to take actions, otherwise they are going against their license.
If you wrote silly stuff in the chat that's on you, and only you. I have seen similar case where people "just for fun" (so they claimed) said nonsense like "I will xxxx myself" in the chat and minutes later they were gone, and that is actually the right thing to do. I every "joke" there is also a bit of truth. If you don't have any money still sitting on the site there is no scam, you have just been excluded, simple as that. And if there was money left sites always refund them if there is an exclusion like yours.

The attitude in that response shows everyone what you are able to do via email to our team who tries to help you.
I won't be in a position to reverse the decision of our releveant department.
Again, this isn't a scenario for a scam accusation thread. It is up to the bitcointalk moderators on whether or not this thread should be pulled down. Either way, I don't have any new information to share with this case.

Sorry for the delayed response.. been travelling a bit.
@fsl044 - you account was temporarily closed due to some concerning comments over live chat/email.
When an account is temp closed (for whatever reason), unfortunately that does mean live chat is not a option.. mainly cause we would get spammed by everybody if we had live chat open to everybody.
Sportsbet.io takes comments and emails stated by a registed customer of a personal nature extremely seriously when they move outside the normal customer query levels.
Your account has been moved to another area of the sportsbet.io business for futher consultation and I am sure they will be in contact with you today (monday) or at the latest, Tuesday. Pls pm me if you haven't heard by Tuesday PM.
Also, I appreciate your concern, but this isn't a scam accusation scenario for bitcointalk. This is just a case of yourself not getting immidiate attention on this matter.
Not replying to a email in 30 minutes is not a scam.

I would like to suggest you wait a little more. If you send a private message and the person is not online, you cannot expect a reply from them. Sportsbet is one of the reputed casinos available on the market. Different teams may handle different kinds of emails. For example, if you send them an email that is KYC-related, I guess a different person will handle that. I know this fact because I often see one casino support forward a customer to another support member. Since you already sent a private message to Jeremypwr, you should wait for him to come back to you. Even if he does not respond to your private message, he will write here in this thread so everyone can know what is going on. BTW, Not sure why this is in the scam accusation board. I don't see any scam here. I am sorry i search on google and this is where i came, I know they are 100% not a scam because i am using them for over 5 years now but it's sad that they treat old active member who lost thousands on their website like that, I always got reply within 30 minutes but now it's been 2 days

Hi, My account was disabled for 24 hours cool off period, my 24 hours are completed and i have email them multiple time but they are not replying, i am member of their website for 4-5 years and lost thousand of dollars there, even $10,000 last month, so is this a joke that they don't even bother to reply to such active members, if they are not replying to email then how i am suppose to contact them,
I still did not get a any cogent reason for the account disablement because if there were any offense they could had stated it for you to know, sportbet.io has proven to be one the trusted and reliable site out there although had never been that active using their site but has seen lot of good report and feedback on this forum and they have less scam accusations over here from my knowledge so far. Maybe you might have misused some of their features or Violates their rules. i know they are trusted that's why i am using them for 4-5 years
