Even though they say in the email that the KYC review takes 24-48 hours, it doesn't mean it can't take a little longer. You should give them a bit more time before complaining on a public forum.

Have you tried contacting their live support? They might be able to give you a more specific update on your case.

online support tells me to be patient and wait for the email, what I don't understand is if they have already accepted my withdrawals and now they refuse? it's quite weird

Have you tried to contact them in private? What do they say from the support? Have you verified what are the timelines for KYC evaluation?

This is the message I received from them:

Kindly allow our team 24 to 48 hours to review your documents.

hello,
 I need your help I registered on the trustdice.win, I deposited money several times and I made 3 withdrawals they were accepted and now when I do the withdrawal is always refused after 48 hours the reason is kyc process verification, I sent my documents and I am still waiting for my withdrawal which has been refused for 48 hours, I need more information
