So, what you are saying is that someone found a bug or a vulnerability in your system, not it your system, butin the third_party provider system? They have exploited it. Now, you need to partner with another third-party provider. As a reputable company, you have to partner with a reputable tx processor. An old and reputable casino would never use a third party company to process their transactions. As I have mentioned, the 3rd party upgraded their system and had issues. The incoming wallet provider is a well-known brand that is currently providing the same service to some of the best-known online crypto casinos. To say that no reputable crypto casino uses a third-party company for transaction management is a bit short-sighted. |

Thank you for the quick response, MJ.evo. You said earlier that you are still in control of the old addresses and can move the coins to the new one when needed. So, if PHFX's issue was because he sent coins to an old address, why didn’t you resolve it when he contacted you? Why did your customer support chose to ignore him? I understand that the process can take some time, but you could have explained that to him and just asked him to wait. You could have avoided all this mess if you had done so. The wallet system belongs to a 3rd party, we can manually adjust but once the system goes back to normal it will try to revert and correct everything. Any manual adjustments will only result in duplicates. Speaking of duplicates, today we found out the wallet system did double entry for deposits to some players, as far back as on 13th!!! We managed to correct some duplicates but most were either withdrawn or lost to game sessions (which is still fine). |

Good day all, as you all know, we have been pretty frank and always up front with you lot.
At the moment, after our wallet provider upgraded their system 2 weeks ago, we started seeing "missing" deposits. However, all funds are SAFU! The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.
We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!

That's what we faced with Betby as well. They constantly blocked our players, and we had to reset them back to regular player status, only to have them blocked again after a day or two. Sabasports is one of the OG sportsbook providers in Asia, but it is not well known outside of this region.
