Hi everyone, I'm sorry for the confusion; I'm just an ordinary investor trying to technically understand how blockchain works and "recover" the BTC that didn't arrive in my hard wallet.

Below a description of the facts so hopefully you can better understand the problem.

The exchange I withdrew the BTC is Binance, and the hard wallet I use is Ledger.

I made a transfers of 2 BTC from Binance to Ledger:

In the Binance statement, it shows the date, the amount of 2 BTC, the Destination Address, the TXID, and the status (which was confirmed).

Checking the Destination Address (I used Blockchain.com's Explorer),  I see a transaction summary and the TXID of the inputs and outputs.

Looking at the input transactions, I see the transfer coming from Binance with the 2 BTC

In the output transactions, I see only 1,5 BTC set to Ledger.

In order to understand why, I clicked on output transaction ID and I see two more Outputs:

- One of 1,5 BTC, which accually I received in my Legder hard wallet.
- Another of 0,5 BTC  which were sent back to the Destination Address (it is not a transaction fee)

Binance support claims that all BTC was sent to the Destination Address and nothing returned from this transaction.

Ledger support claims they can't retrieve the BTC that went back to the Destination Address since they just provide an transaction addresse to receive coin into the wallet.

It seems that the missing BTC is stuck in the Destination Address. I understand my problem is how to move the BTC which resides in the Destination Address.

Me perdoem a confusão, sou apenas um investidor ordinário, tentando entender tecnicamente o funcionamento da blockchain para "recuperar" as BTC que não chegaram na minha hard wallet.

Vou tentar descrever os fatos para voce poderem me ajudar.

A corretora que saquei as BTC é a Binance e a hardwallet que utilizo é da Ledger.

Fiz tres transferencias da Binance para a Ledger:

No extrato da Binance mostra a data, a quantidade de BTC, endereço de destino e o TXID e o status (todas confirmadas).
O endereço de destino é o mesmo nas tres transferencias mas cada transferencia tem um TXID distinto.

Consultando o endereço de destino no Explorer do Blockchain.com, eu vejo um sumário de transações e os TXID das entradas e saidas.

Olhando as transações de entradas, eu vejo as transferencias da Binance para o endereço de destino com os valores corretos.

Nas transações de saidas mostra a quantidade enviada, que é menor que as quantidades da entrada!

Ai eu cliquei em cada ID das transações de saidas e vi que lá tem dois Outputs:

- Uma com as quantidades informadas anteriormente e que foram para a Ledger
- Outra com as quantidades faltantes (em relação às quantidades de entrada), que foram enviadas de volta para o Endereço de Destino

obs: a quantidade faltante não é a comissão que é descontada nas transações.

Não sei se fiz algo errado quando fiz a transferencia na Binance. Falei com o suporte deles e eles alegam que todas as  BTC sairam e não voltou nada para lá.

Falei com o suporte da Ledger e eles não conseguem trazer as BTC que voltaram para o endereço de destino, somente dos endereços que foram gerados no momento da transferencia.

Parece que as BTC faltantes estão presos no endereço de destino. Meu problema é como traze-las para algum outro lugar para eu poder movimentá-la.

I transferred my BTC from an exchange to a hardwallet and part of them did not go to the hardwallet. Looking at the transaction in an Explorer, I saw that the exchange's transfer was correctly sent to my address (input) on the blockchain; but upon exit (outputs), part went to the hardwallet addresses and part returned to my address on the blockchain. I don't know why this split happened; but the fact is that I can't move the BTC that were stuck in my address because neither the exchange can transfer them anymore (as they have already left there) nor the hardwallet can retrieve them (as it only generates anew address to someone send there). Does anyone have any tips on how I can transfer these BTC that are there at my address on the blockchain?

Fiz uma transferencia das minhas BTC de uma corretora para um hardwallet e parte delas não foram para a hardwallet. Olhando a transação em um Explorador, vi que a transferencia da corretora entrou corretamente para o meu endereço na blockchain; mas na saida, parte foram para os endereços da hardwallet e parte voltaram para o meu endereço na blockchain. Não sei porque isso aconteceu; mas o fato é que não consigo movimentar as BTC que ficaram preso no meu endereço porque nem a corretora consegue mais transferi-las (pois já sairam de lá) e nem a hardwallet consegue buscar-las (pois ela só dá o novo endereço para alguem enviar para lá). Alguem tem alguma dica de como eu faço para transferir estas BTC que estão lá no meu endereço na blockchain?
