What about black markets/grey markets? Even if these anonymous currencies are outlawed, will they actually be impossible to use? Or will criminals still use them?

I’m a big fan of anonymous crypto, I believe in true privacy, where you can keep your financial transactions hidden from anyone, even the government. But I’m concerned about the future of anonymous crypto, what do you think it’ll be like in 10 years? I asked a similar question on Reddit but no one answered my question and I just got into a debate about the morals of privacy, I don’t want this to end up like that.
