Zvi - Could I get a little help on a support ticket for an RMA on a failed PSU. Order#1827  The RMA request seems to have stalled a little. It was originally initiated on December 2nd.

I have it hosted at a facility and the tech at the center reports that the PSU smoked and is showing amber/orange light. The tech has pulled power, waited 5 minutes and reseated, swapped PSU to bottom slot and top to bottom, but essentially the power supply is being reported as smoked.  I put an email into Spondoolies support a few days back and they asked for remote session and I have forwarded along the request to the hosting facilities tech and he has emailed screen shots from the system with 50% hash rates showing and the description of smoked PCB components smell emanating from the system when power is applied.

The tech is more than willing to do a Skype session for the customer (me) in order to satisfy RMA requirements if needed.

Thanks for the help.  I love the products and all of my other Spondoolies miners are minting new bitcoins like crazy!!
This is from Barbara - we will send a new PSU, no problem.

Thanks so much Barbara!  That's great news.  I'll ask the hosting facility to follow up with you shortly.

SP31 received today.   Thanks Spondoolies!!!!!

Upgraded FW to 2.5.6

Mining Rate: 4752.63Ghs

I am going to let it sit for a while and burn-in.  It had a little odd behavior after the FW upgrade with one of the PSU's going offline and the mining rate cut in half.  I pulled plugs and reset and the unit came back up and I had to start the miner manually.  It's been running fine so far.

Temp Front / Back T,B
36 °C / 86,89 °C
Socket Voltage
240/240 volt
Fan Speed

Start Voltage
0.655 / 0.655
Max Voltage

Max Watts

I wanted to take a moment to thank the spondooliestech team for all their hard work and efforts!!!

I received a couple of Spondoolies SP30's today. I racked them up, cabled, plugged them in the wall, and I was off to mining within ten minutes.  AWESOME UNITS!!!  They are spot on for specs and a few a hours after running the new firmware popped up and I performed the updates with perfect precision one unit at a time.  Spondoolies puts a ton of effort into that hardware and engineering. The UI is streamlined and extremely straight forward and easy to navigate.  Spondoolies SP30 - Superbly manufactured and the best in the business!!

Thanks spondooliestech!!!!

SP30 Specs.  I am looking for the specs for the maximum CFM air flow for the SP30.

I know that the fan speeds are variable based on temperature/workload, but I am looking for the maximum CFM for the use of heat extraction from a hood vented racking system. It may be in a previous post but a quick search did not reveal for me and the specs on the website show "4x80mm" fans, but not maximum CFM.

Thanks for the help.
