I found some large 8, 10, 12+ hour YouTube courses related to blockchain development, smart contracts, etc. Is using YouTube training for valuable blockchain skills a viable plan, and has anyone here done it?

Edit: Something easier might be good too. I need honest repeatable, online income starting later this year/asap. Any good ideas? - no airdrops or dumb stuff, please, thank you.
