I just downloaded 0.8.1  for my rx580 and its hanging at setup for zel???   I was using 0.5 and that always works.   Seems to be something with the exe cause i even copy it over to the 0.5 folder and it still hangs at setup.

so i was thinking of trying this and get it setup too mine.  got sad when i herd no amd mining and linux...  But i have 2 nvidias  1080ti and 1080 and i can install linux on one machine.

But before i go threw all this.  Will my 1080ti and 1080 make any profit wise?  what does a 1080ti and 1080 do in hashrate on this?  and what can i expect profit wise a day?


I just dont want too do it and find out its just not worth it for my loney 2 cards lol..  wouldve been 4 if it supported amd cause i have a 580 and 390...

yep both are on custom bios.  the 580 is running at its factory clocks which is 1380 core  and 2000 memory but has the mem timings bios.


i was running it at 1300mhz cause i wanted lower temps mining rvn.   But bumping it up too 1380 again gets me 1150 now.

im using sbrminer   and my settings for the 580 is  also its a 8gb model.   devil rx580

and i set threads from false too enabled and that alone boosted it right up.

anyone mining with a amd 3x series card?   Why i asked is im pretty sure my 390 8gb  is under performing  gets 680-690  while my 580 gets 1100hashs...   And usely the 390 was always 100hashs lower than the 580 in crytonight  and on other argos like equihashs the 390 has always kick the 580 ass lol..


Using srbminer and i think i tried everything..

Its running on a custom bios so its pretty tweaked  but maybe im doing the settings wrong for it..

anyone have the amd 390 cards?

does any one have a amd 390?   im mining haven  and im seeing around 675-690hashs which seems low,   my 580 with 2 threads is getting 1000-1100 on it.

maybe i don't have the config set up right for it.

usely the 390 beats the 580 in everything  and usely comes really close too the 580 in normal crytonight.   everything else the 390 edges it out.

swear i would just move on guys and just go too another pool.  i been on panda and they been great.  yep i was on 3 eye also  1 day down the drain which was around 170 coins yea not much but alot for me cause im a small miner lol..  But i moved on cause bitching etc aint going too do a thing..   3 eye was great before the 4th tho i will say that.


Its not the devs or the coin fault either  just one pool that mess up but every other one works and pays out fine:)


Another great pool is cloudpools.net  they have  a good bit of pools  and also just started up a rvn pool few days ago and got some luck with blocks with ony 2g/hs  3 in one day:)  But they really need some more miners cause the luck got lower.   But great support and they have a discord too:)  heck just being in their discord is a fun place too be


But yea its stupid pushing this coin down ony because one pool fucked up..

So for the pass 5 days i had auto exchange on btc  and i wanted too get too withdraw and switch it too ltc which i hit withdraw today.

So i than switch auto exchange from btc too ltc  and so far its been 4hours and no change???


Does it take awhile for it too show anything?

How do i change intensity?   I tried it in device profiles but it never takes affect unless im doing it wrong?

Gpu still mining at 20.0.

Usely i like too turn it down some so i can game a bit lol

hopefully changeing the intensity is not a paid feature sense that would be stupid...

system is a ryzen 1700 and nvidia 1080 16gb of ram.     

If i go too my desktop mouse gets laggy and keyboard will lag when mining..    But if i have something in full screen chrome or even a game the lag is gone... But if i close them and have the desktop just open tons of lag?

i don't seem too have this issue with my 2nd system with a amd 390 and a fx8370 and 8gb of ram..

This is running awesome miner mining vertcoin and going too miningpool hub.

So yea i switch too awesome miner and the hub for vitcoin but have it on auto exchange set too bitcoin.

My question im trying too figure out is do i need a bitcoin address so the coins and sit in? i have coinbase.
Or will it go in account balance under wallet on mining pool hub on the coin i want it exchange too and than i can transfer it too coin base?
or do i need too enter my coinbase in the PAYMENT ADDRESS under POOL ACCOUNT DETAILS?

My miner is showing in the vitcoin dashboard so i guess i have that going right.

Im a big newb at this stuff cause im so used just clicking that one start button if you know what i mean lol.. bear with me:)
also when do they get sent?

yea i just wish i would've did this years back lol   Maybe in the future i will buy a mining machine that does 500ghs or 1th  can usely find those for 400-1200 on ebay which isn't to bad sense it does bring in couple hundred $$$ profit nothing to go crazy about tho but some extra money letting it do all the work lol

Now that jonny got me looking into the GAWminer Furys lol, If i get 1 or 2 of those will those net me some money?  Cause it seems like they ony use 40 to 50watts and do 1.3-1.4mhs which is nice for a small box lol .   And how do you even run them do you hook them up to a pc or do they run on there own?

Hmm hate keep editing this But i guess it better than doing a post.  So by going by the Bitcoin Mining Calculator  at 2.7gh i be making 80cents a month?? lol  and with the fury 1.3mhashs around 39cents?  So pretty much i will need a good bit of them to make any profit?  this is alloscomp calc maybe im doing it wrong hopefully i am lol.

i don't want to use my cpu i already looked that up that cpu is useless for mining right now ,  but i want to use my gpu which does around 300 to 400mhashs 5870  Is that to slow too for bitcoin mining? i can add my 5850 in crossfire with it but yea if its not going to bring any money in than i just give up on mining bitcoins.

Hello i would like to get into mining because i keep my computer on 24/7 anyways so why not use it?

But i do need some help with it.  So far i downloaded the programs and got them up and running which is  bitcoin core wallet and it finally got downloaded fully which took a day or 2...   than i downloaded guiminer than i setup a account with bitcoincz aka slushs pool,  Than i made a account with coinbase.

Am i going in the right direction?   Now all i do is just click the start button on guiminer and leave the wallet open and let it mine?

Also my main pc specs are amd 1100t x6 six core oc 4ghzs  8gb of ram and a nvidia 570gtx which does around 140mhashs.  Now i know that is low sooo,  I setup my other custom built i have which the specs are close but has a 1090t x6 six core 8gb of ram and a 5870 which i herd does around 400 mhashs?  So i was thinking of setting that machine up instead.


Now im not looking into making alot of money doing this but would like to make some money with it. would be nice to lmake alot tho lol But yea just looking into making some cash.

One other question ,  I was thinking how do i even get paid, Do i get paid right to the local wallet meaning on my computer first, Or does it go right  to coinbase first than i transfer it to my wallet?  cause right now i made a new address in coinbase than i put that one in bitcoincz address box, So i guess when i would get paid they will send it to that address than it goes to coinbase than i can send it to my local wallet?
