Hello khaled0111, manually changing the client seed works as follows:
Simply delete the previously generated seed and enter your own.
When you then start the game with the Play button, the number will be automatically generated with the manually entered client seed.
This means that the client seed currently in the input field when starting a game will be used for random number generation.

If you refresh your browser, a completely new client seed is generated each time (and a new server seed, too, by the way).
But it's never the same as the previous one. Keep an eye on that.  Wink
Thank you for clarifying this, but this is not how a provably fair system is supposed to work. If I refresh the page, the server seed and client seed are supposed to remain unchanged. If any of them changes, you are supposed to notify the player that one of them has changed so he can adjust the client seed accordingly.
Obviously, your provably fair system is not really fair. As far as I have noticed, it gives an advantage to the casino over the player.

But that's exactly the point of a refresh. The system is reloaded.
And the player is informed about the change of the seeds, as they are always displayed to them.
And if a player does want different seeds, they can achieve this by refreshing.
That is exactly how this function of refreshing is intended to work.

I don't see why this should give the casino an advantage over the player.
The calculation of the random number is completely transparent.

If someone does not want to play with a certain seed, they can refresh until they like the seed.
I think this solution is much better than the reverse.

Welcome to bitcointalk, roulette.cool!
I took a quick look at your website and checked how your provably fair system works and it looks good. However, when I tried to change the client seed, I was able to enter a new one, but there was no option to submit it so that it gets saved. As soon as I refresh the page, it shows the old client seed again instead of the one I set, which means the change hasn’t been applied!

Hello khaled0111, manually changing the client seed works as follows:
Simply delete the previously generated seed and enter your own.
When you then start the game with the Play button, the number will be automatically generated with the manually entered client seed.

Thank you @ all for your suggestions. We will definitely take note of the design suggestions.
The focus here will be on revamping the menu and subpages.

We will also create a detailed tutorial for the game, explaining all the game options, odds of winning, etc. in detail.

We will also consider adding more games, but this is really only on the agenda for the medium term.

As mentioned above, the next step will be to significantly reduce the house edge.
I have a concept for how this can be implemented without compromising the game principle of roulette.

In the meantime, we are for sure available to you at any time. All changes will be gradually integrated into the ongoing game operation.  Cool

The house edge is 2.7%, as is usual for a (European) roulette table. There are 37 numbers (0, 1-36). If a number is hit, the bet is multiplied by 36. The same applies to all other bets, e.g. if the chip is placed on 4 numbers, the bet is multiplied by 36/4= 9 if a number is hit.
All bets possible at a real roulette table are available and have the corresponding payout factors.
This is the problem right here. Why would anyone want to play here with the standard house edge when they could do the same in big sites while taking advantage of their VIP systems in the short-term and long-term?

I specifically asked this question because I was wondering if your team offered reduced house edge roulette, but that clearly isn't the case. Good luck!

Now I understand. Jackpots, bonuses, VIP systems mean that the actual house edge is effectively lower.

In fact, we could work well with a significantly lower house edge.

We will definitely look into that. I already have an idea of how to implement this to reduce the house edge. Update to follow.

I like the minimal design. There's absolutely no need for all the shiny buttons etc when all you want to do is play some quick roulette. You have a solid USP there.

Thank you, thats exactly how its meant to be - we will build on that.  Smiley

...snip...

Also try to reply to everyone in a single post. It's not allowed to make posts in a row. So technically you are breaking the forum's rule.
If someone makes a post after yours then you can, but when you keep posting multiple times in a row, well that's not allowed.
I understand that you may not be familiar with this forum, or how it works, or how to post or reply everyone in a single post! That's perfectly fine, so I'm just letting you know.

Quoting the rules for better visibility...
32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.

Noted.  Wink

What exactly is the house edge here? Why would anyone want to play here when this game is offered on literally every crypto gambling site out there with varying house edge percentages?

There’s less info about the house edge but considering this casino American Roulette type while the computation of result is a straight RNG on 0 to 36 number result then the house edge is approximately the standard HE of this game which is 5.26%.

The website is designed poorly so the only advantage on playing to this casino is the PF system on each bet.

I will not risk my bankroll just for the sake of simple PF system while there’s a live game roulette already that we can verify the game result using our naked eye.

Our game is a European table, there is only one zero. This means that the house edge is mathematically 2.7%.

I find it interesting that you describe our website as poorly designed. Actually, that was precisely the goal: to make the service as simple as possible. Smiley
We do not aspire to compete with the large, fully equipped casinos. Our goal is to offer the most accessible way possible to place your bets on a roulette table.
And to do so with the highest possible level of transparency and simplicity.  Smiley

So minimalist in design, lol... not a single piece of informations on your site, not even the terms and conditions, I mean, it's literally a desert out there. Man, what were you thinking when you created this site? It seems you were in a hurry. I also saw that the minimum payout amount is 30000 satoshi, but what about the deposit amount? I'll be honest,, I don't find the site any attractive and wonder how many would actually try it.

Lastly welcome to BTT forum! Smiley

We will take this into account and add more detailed explanations of the game function in the future.

The lower limit on the payout amount is intended to make the payout function economically viable. Smaller payout amounts would exceed economic viability due to the fees charged by the Bitcoin network.

Welcome to the forum roulette.cool

Clean, simple, provably fair, and no KYC.

Actually it's good, but I'm not sure how your casino can compete against other? Undecided

Not saying you're bad, I'm just thinking what would be a reason people would shift to play from roulette on big casino to this one, people might give a try, for long term I doubt.

What exactly is the house edge here? Why would anyone want to play here when this game is offered on literally every crypto gambling site out there with varying house edge percentages?
Welp, good point.

We are actually focusing on establishing ourselves as a safe bank for roulette bets in the long term.

We don't want to compete with the big bling-bling casinos. We simply want to offer the opportunity to place bets safely at the roulette table.

I think the existence of dice game sites in particular shows that there is demand for such offers.  Smiley

So it's a single 0 good, at least it's better that the 00 double.

Hopefully you can true with your words as I remember one platform that focuses on roulette, unfortunately, after a couple of months they started to sell their site. In any case, you really need to have a good ANN thread so that gamblers here are going to be attracted and maybe test your site.

Welcome to the community.

Of course, this is a point that can only be confirmed over time. Our goal is to be a secure, long-term bank for online roulette betting.

We will prove that.

Just checked your site out and it's very barebones even if it's just one game. It's like you designed the site within an hour or something which would scare away gamblers easily. The ANN presentation itself needs improvement too.

Hello Haunebu, thank you for your feedback.

Well, the reason could be that someone just wants to play a few numbers quickly without all the whistles and hurdles that other sites require of players. With us, you can simply log in quickly and start playing. Smiley

Frequently asked Questions:

How exactly is the random number generated?

The random number for each game round is generated from three components:

The server seed, which is generated on the server side by roulette.cool.

The nonce, which starts at 1 and increases by 1 with each round played,
making it independent.

The client seed, which is generated in the user's browser or, alternatively,
can also be set manually by the user.

You can read in detail here how exactly the random number is then drawn from these components,
and how you can verify why this draw was unpredictable for all parties (users and bank) thanks to technical parameters: roulette.cool/provablyfair

How do deposits work?

You can make deposots via https://roulette.cool/deposit, which you can also access via the menu.

To make a deposit, you must generate a deposit address by clicking on the corresponding button.

All amounts paid into the generated address will be credited to your account.

This address is assigned to your user account for 72 hours. This address will then remain assigned to your user account for a further 7 days. During this time, however, you should no longer send any new deposits to this address, but instead generate a new one. Please take this into consideration for your Bitcoin deposit transaction to avoid errors.

How do payouts work?

You can make payouts via https://roulette.cool/payout, which you can also access via the menu.
Simply enter the withdrawal amount and the recipient address. Please note the minimum payout amount of 30,000 satoshi. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

We are very pleasured to announce the official launch of our project roulette.cool today.

At roulette.cool, you can play roulette in its purest form with transparent and verifiable random number generation (Provably Fair Technology).

When creating roulette.cool, we deliberately focused on making the game as minimalistic and clear as possible – the design follows the function. Roulette in its purest and most honest form!

We have also kept the path to the game, the login system, and the function for depositing and withdrawing funds as simple and secure as possible.

Our motivation: to design the game and make it playable in the way we ourselves prefer. And to make the game as easy to access as possible while ensuring maximum security.

Although perfection, continuity, and simplicity are supposed to be the core values of roulette.cool,
we are of course open to meaningful improvements. We are always open to suggestions from users on how to improve roulette.cool – feel free to post them here in this thread on bitcointalk.org.

Our goal is and remains: roulette in its purest and most honest form.

You can reach our support team at our support email address support [at] roulette.cool.
