Hi all - newbie here - thanks for any advice 

Just been given a damaged antminer s1  - just gotta resolder a broken capacitor

 Need to run it up now... Can I run this up from a basic pc psu without the the pcie connectors?or is something better required?

I'll either get a pc psu - or a modular one and connect it to the hard wired 12v input - how many amps does this draw?

If I get a pc power supply, do I need one with twin outputs for each pcb? Or is the power shared on the ribbon cable?
