But you said that your clients tried to deposit money on your account and that it was rejected and then you said that your client's deposits were blocked and that you can't access them either so its not really clear what's going on here. Maybe OP is not telling us the whole story, and it gets harder to know what could have triggered them to block his account and maybe find possible solutions. Wait a minute. So you tweet about CZ's price manipulation and then the next day they tranced your Binance account and blocked it because you said something about the big man? Do you think this is possible, or you are just thinking out loud?

It sucks that you had to learn it hard way not to use exchange as a sort of a bank, and not even one of the most reputable ones like Binance. When one of them decide to fuck you, there's very little that an average person like you or me can do about it.

I also gave all the evidence to the prosecution, obviously receiving a positive - negative, I would say, because it is not a registered company. Having the money in Binance to do arbitrage has cost me more than what I lost. Right now I'm going to therapy because of the level of anxiety I have. I don't want anyone to ever have this problem!!! One of the ways I found viable is to ask for support from the community, but it is impossible to do anything against a CEX whose headquarters are outside your country. Binance Customer Support has asked you of your case number. They'll look into it. I understand you can't log in to your account anymore, but don't you have an email confirming that they've received your ticket already? Your ticket number might be there. If Binance even sends you an email every time you log in, they probably also send you one acknowledging that your ticket is successfully filed and received. That email indicates your ticket number. It's somehow pointless calling out Binance, its support, CZ, and others if you don't have your case number. If you successfully catch their attention and they would want to help and take a look into your case, the first thing they will ask is your ticket number.

Yes, I'm planning a YouTube video about my case with Binance, but believe me, this has me disoriented and in pain, because you know how hard it was for me to reach that amount, and it also damaged my way of working. That is the truth, there is little to nothing that they can do, and the worst part of things is if you are going to be spending money in litigation chasing this case, your money would most likely go to waste in the end. It is a nightmare to be in this kind of situation, but don't stop making 'noise' about it in platforms were you can, at least you don't lose anything by doing that.

La fiscalía me recibió la denuncia pero no pueden hacer nada porque no es una empresa registrada en Colombia, ni con sede fiscal en Colombia, pero al momento que se lleguen a registrar procederán con la investigación osea queda frito Siento mucho lo ocurrido Rafaeljach. Se supone que ahora hay que decir que lo que toca es aprender del error y cuanto menos tengas en exchanges centralizados mejor. Pero el 90% de tus ahorros es un precio muy alto para aprender dicha lección. Por lo que veo en X comentas que tocará litigar. Espero que no haya que llegar a tales extremos aunque parece que el caso se está poniendo complicado. Espero que nos vayas comentando por aquí cómo va todo y te deseo la mejor suerte y que recuperes tu dinero.

I don't understand the language so I dropped the images to automated translator. The conversations were pretty much just Binance shutting the iron door after taking a look at OP's account. I found multiple instances and here's one of them for anyone who follows this thread:  TBH, I get the impression that binance won't change their mind no matter how many ticket OP opens.. unless they're pressured by external factors like any authorities and/or (mass) general public—both not easy to achieve. What a nightmare. 😮💨

BINANCE STOLE OVER $10K FROM ME – NEED HELP FROM THE COMMUNITY

Situation Summary
1. Unjustified Account Lock
Binance locked my account claiming a violation of their Terms and Conditions, which I completely deny.
The only unusual thing I did was request a collateral loan to avoid selling my Bitcoin (BTC). I borrowed $500 USDT using $670 in BTC as collateral.
2. Payment Attempts & Support Failures
I wanted to repay the loan, and Binance support confirmed I could do so.
I sent WLD to cover my debt, but Binance rejected the deposit.
Shortly after, they completely blocked my access to my account and support chat.
My clients also tried to deposit funds, but their transactions were rejected.
3. Funds Blocked
Binance is refusing to return my Bitcoin (BTC), which represents most of my money.
At the current market price, my BTC is worth $8,700, and my WLD is worth $600.
My clients’ deposits were also blocked, and I have no access to any of these funds.
4. Support Communication
Initially, Binance support told me they were "reviewing my case" and asked for more time.
Later, they closed the chat, preventing me from responding or appealing.
I provided all requested information (including my contact emails), yet my account remains locked, and my funds are inaccessible.

Current Situation & Request for Help
It has been several business days since Binance locked my account, and I have received no solution. This is 90% of my savings, and I feel completely scammed.

Resumen de la situación
1. Bloqueo de cuenta injustificado
Binance bloqueó mi cuenta alegando una supuesta violación de sus Términos y Condiciones, algo que niego rotundamente.
Lo único diferente que hice fue solicitar un préstamo colateral para no vender mis Bitcoin (BTC) por un valor de 670 USD en BTC/USDT, recibiendo 500 USD.
2. Intentos de pago y fallas de soporte
Quise pagar el préstamo. El soporte de Binance confirmó que podía hacerlo, así que envié WLD para cubrir la deuda, pero rechazaron el depósito.
Poco después, me cerraron por completo el acceso a mi cuenta y al chat de soporte.
Mis clientes han intentado depositar fondos y tampoco han podido.
3. Fondos bloqueados
Binance se niega a devolverme mis Bitcoin (BTC), que representan la mayor cantidad de mi dinero.
Con el precio actual, mis BTC equivalen a 8 700 USD, y mis WLD a 600 USD, sin contar los depósitos de mis clientes, que también han sido rechazados y bloqueados.
Actualmente, no tengo acceso a nada de esto, ni me han permitido retirar mis fondos.
4. Comunicación con soporte
Al principio, los agentes de soporte me decían que “estaban revisando mi caso” y solicitaban más tiempo.
Posteriormente, cerraron el chat, dejándome sin respuesta ni posibilidad de apelar.
He proporcionado todos los datos que han solicitado (incluyendo correos electrónicos de contacto), pero sigo sin acceso a mi cuenta ni a mis fondos.

Han pasado varios días hábiles desde que me cerraron la cuenta y no he obtenido ninguna solución. Estoy desesperado, pues se trata del 90 % de mis ahorros. Siento que me han estafado y no sé qué más hacer.
Pido la ayuda de la comunidad para difundir mi caso y presionar a Binance para que desbloqueen mi cuenta y me permitan recuperar mis fondos. Cualquier consejo, orientación o apoyo que puedan brindarme será enormemente agradecido.
