I have tried everything I can think of to get this baby to get a incoming connection.  I'm running Windows 11 with external 1TB SSD HDD.  Set static IP Address, firewall on Router set to allow both incoming and outgoing connections for Bitcoin program, firewall on in Norton 360 set to allow both incoming and outgoing connections for Bitcoin program and turned off VPN.  Firewall in Windows set to allow both incoming and outgoing connections for Bitcoin program.  Bitcoin program set to allow incoming connections.  Can anyone help me here.  Very frustrating!  Thanks
