I would like express my disappointment in a way faucet limit is set. It prevents claim from a faucet that is 2600 sat, but there is no problem to claim from a newly created 200 sat account. So in effect you are greatly reducing level benefit system.
I'm around -0.3 BTC on the site. I felt a lot of fun betting and when the inevitable lose of all money was coming, at least there was a relief that my faucet was increased and who knows with some luck maybe i could rebuild...
Changing rules against customers without announcement or reasons provided may be OK for you, but it leaves bitter taste. As for me i will not deposit anymore as i fill cheated.
Personally i'm down on -0,23 btc pn Primedice myself, but that doesn't mean they are obligated to give some special treatment to me. I wagered - i lost , it's that simple.
In the same way we could have won. Having a faucet at all isn't a obligation of the site, it's just a feature. So either way you look at it , you most certainly were not

As i stated it's up to PD to make changes however and whenever they want. I simply gave me feedback on that specific change. BTW i also like the site for various reasons. Good job on owners side. Cheat feeling is because i'm unable to claim faucet from my "developed" account but i can do the same from newly created one. Why? I'm claiming too much? Isn't that expected for long time users when implementing level system? Also if those claims are too high for PD to handle i could suggest tuning level advancement but not setting such limitations because it makes no sense.
I have never had the intention to abuse the system, nor i had any such warnings for nearly 2 years on the site.
I don't think i could add anything more to my point and maybe after all there will be some additional information on changes from PD.
