Be careful, this is a SCAM

First, they delayed the exchange until the next day, and then they openly started scamming me into making an additional deposit in order to complete the exchange (I had sent 0.5 ETH, and they asked me to send another 0.5 ETH to complete the transaction).
Message from Tor_Bit support:

“Sorry, the issue was that we are switching to a new payout system, and there is a minimum payout amount. For this type of exchange, the minimum amount was 1 ETH, so your exchange was put on hold.”

“You need to send a payment of 0.5 ETH to this address 0x. After the transaction is confirmed, you will receive XMR at your address.”

However, just 20 minutes before this exchange, I had successfully completed another exchange with them for a smaller amount, and there were no issues.

I asked for a refund, and they said it would be processed within 3–7 days (!), which I highly doubt.
Avoid this service at all costs — SCAM.

SCAM

Сначала задержали обмен до следующего дня, после чего начали открыто разводить на додеп, чтобы завершить обмен (я отправлял 0.5 eth, попросили отправить еще 0.5 eth чтобы завершить обмен)
Сообщение от поддержки Tor_Bit:

"Извините, проблема была в том, что мы переходим на новую систему выплат и есть минимальная сумма для выплат, а для этого типа обмена минимальная сумма обмена составляла 1 ETH, поэтому ваш обмен был приостановлен"

"Вам необходимо отправить платеж в размере 0.5 ETH на данный адрес 0x в течение 5-15 минут после подтверждения транзакции вам прийдет XMR на данный адрес"

При этом, за 20 минут до этого обмена я завершил у них же обмен на меньшую сумму, тогда проблем не возникло
Я попросил сделать возврат, сказали что сделают в течении 3-7 дней (!), во что я слабо верю
Обходите эту контору стороной, SCAM
