Thanks goatpig.

Quick bug report, it still defaults to the wrong path on install (32bit, rather than 64bit). Been a bug for a number of releases now, very annoying if you don't remember to change it!

Win64 version still defaults to incorrect install directory...

Ah I understand now, OK thanks.

Also, I just realised...

I uninstalled old v0.93 version, moved AppData\Roaming\Amory, installed latest v0.94.1. When Armory was all synced and db built, I imported my wallet from my old AppData\Roaming\Amory folder.

Now all this worked perfect, but I just realised that Armory never asked for my passphrase for the imported (encrypted) wallet. It just imported it and was good to go.

Is that right?

Small install bug...

Armory is 64bit (right?) but wants to install to C:\Program Files (x86) by default, should be C:\Program Files.

That's all!   Smiley

8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Starting Bitcoin Client minimised? on: August 12, 2011, 06:34:37 PM
Already set to 'Minimised' (sorry, forgot to mention that) yet still doesn't work.

Has me well stumped.......
9  Other / Beginners & Help / Starting Bitcoin Client minimised? on: August 12, 2011, 05:55:21 PM
I cannot for the life of me get the Bitcoin Client to start up minimised.

I have a shortcut in 'Startup' with 'target' set as ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Bitcoin\bitcoin.exe" -min".

I have also created a 'bitcoin.conf' configuration file with "min=1" uncommented.

Neither works. The client launches OK at startup, but always in a regular window.

Ideas?

FYI... I'm using latest client (v0.3.24) and Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I realise there's nothing funny about the whole MBC fiasco, but I did laugh for about an hour after seeing this.....
