Have posted this on trustpilot, looks like more than 50% of reviews over there are 1 star
Meanwhile, I also verified myself on sportsbet, so that they don't think I have multiple accounts or anything of that sort.
Hopefully, they give me my balance back & we move forwards. Otherwise, I will top this up every week from now on.

One more week passes by but no response from sportsbet  I'll repost for you (and for anyone else who missed Steve's replies to you) This is the one and only pitty response you will get from me Hi andymuzic/Guys Here was the 3rd reply from the business, my reply..Our support team and relevant promotions department have already replied to yourself on 2 seperate occasions this week. Unfortunately, you recieved a prize payout of 2048 USDT incorrectly. This was due to the breaking of promotional rules listed in the 2 emails already sent to you this week. So we had to reverse that promotional payout. I do how ever apologise for that payment being sent to your account which gave you the misunderstanding that it was a genuine prize win. I have spoken to the relevant promotions department and we hope we don't make this error again. regards, Steve. Sportsbet.io 4th and final reply from me, many thanks all.. here is the brief summary - User was incorrectly (covered above) paid a prize amount of 2084USDT, due to the listed reasons. The promotional USDT amount was reversed on the same day. All other eligible customers were paid the promotion winnings on the same day. They received 2084 USDTFor andymuzic, No True ACCOUNT BALANCE was touched, no funds are being held. The promotional payout was incorrect and was reversed. Unfortunately not the ideal scenario, but no true User balance is owed or being held. Here is the back office live transaction screen shot: LOL. Who are you? And when did I ask you to reply? If you replied, atleast provide some value. Anyone who is following this post would know that this response didn't help and hence this case is still open. I still want the official sportsbet representative to respond to the questions I had mentioned earlier. If they cant, I know sportsbet has wronged me

Just to update here. I filed a complaint on askgamblers and sportsbet didn't even have courtesy to respond to the complaint there.
This week I will file a complaint on casinoguru, hope they respond there. Looks like they are not interested in solving my issue but I will not stop.

It has been more than a week now, did your contact at sportsbet update you? If they are not interested in resolving, would it be safe to now confirm that sportsbet have in-fact scammed me?
I will start raising this issue on other forums, social media and review platforms from tomorrow, so I am giving one more day for them to give my funds back. Thanks

Thank you for responding here. I just want to clear up something, when you say the user was incorrectly paid, i believe you mean due to the fact that he broke one of your promotional rules and not that he didn't qualify for the prize. So if we get that out of the way, and agree that this user qualified for the prize, but is ineligible to receive it because they broke one or more of your promotional rules, which of them did they break? Because there are more than one promotional rules you have. I actually got an understanding from this matter after a talk with my contact on SB yesterday and crosschecking myself with the terms of the promo. Although I have to lie down not long after that exchange of communication and can only come back online today at this time. Simplified, this is one of the rule of the event:  SB's support has explained this situation [taken from screenshot OP provided himself], although perhaps a bit poorly worded due to formality:  To make it clear and more understandable OP, I believe your account was not eligible to participate on the event in the first place. As stated on the bonus terms, "to all eligible sportsbet-io players", not "eligible to all sportsbet-io players". I believe it's a limited event, and you happened to join without being eligible to it. My contact extent their deepest apology for this, just like what Steve also mentioned above. They are really sorry for the tangled mess, however they have to play by the book here. I hope this clarify the situation enough. Hi Everyone, I am thankful that my case is getting some traction. I have shared all the email communication screenshots on this thread, there is no proof/evidence of any kind of wrong doing but still you guys keep my bonus? Rules 8.4 and 8.6 mentioned in the email are as generic as it can get. You were accepting losing bets for four long months which I placed using the same device and internet connection. At least you should have had the decency to send me an email/message that I am no longer eligible in that promotion when your system flagged it. I guess you are not looking forward to resolve this in an amicable way, which clearly shows that you are scamming people. I trusted sportsbet for many years and played there but I would request everyone to not use them. I will raise this on other forums/review sites as well.

Okay, help me understand this better. You're certainly not from prohibited jurisdiction and did not violate any point of their general ToS as well as the promo specific ToS? You're betting the entire season with your own fund and did not use any promo? Hi All Thanks for replying. What Coyster mentioned is 100% correct, I have been betting each game week since February chasing the 3.0 odds with $20 bets, lost a lot in the process. I could see number of participants reduce every week hence bigger bonus for myself and kept on chasing, religiously placing bets.They even credited me the bonus ( https://ibb.co/PGR130KK), only to take it back away from me. I would request sportsbet to do the right thing otherwise I will request moderator to please leave a negative rating for them and make others aware to not play here.
