1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 Shopping List on: January 08, 2019, 11:14:25 PM
The major bull run commencing doesn't mean it cannot go backwards. It definitely can.
So make your "shopping cart" as small as possible with less stable coins in it.

That would kinda be beneficial to back out in case you need to.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have learnt my lessons on: January 08, 2019, 11:11:14 PM
True OP. Don't make hasty decisions based on your inner gut feeling.
It will not do good to you in the longer terms.

Its always better to research the coins first that are involved in ICOs and don't invest in them if they are merely cash grabbers.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest only in active projects on: January 08, 2019, 11:08:49 PM
I always invest in between Coinmarketcap's top 20 cryptos.
They are somewhat reliable as they have a significantly large trading volume than others.
Also, the risk factor is less here.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN in 2029 on: January 08, 2019, 11:05:07 PM
Bitcoin evolved a lot in it's first decade. We saw a lot of improvements in it's underlying code (SegWit, Lightning Networks, etc.), a lot of controversies and many more.

Hopefully in the next 10 years, there will be a much better improvement in it as well as better mainstream adoption in it's truer sense.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please advise me which coins best for the day trading on: January 08, 2019, 11:01:23 PM
Please advise me which coins best for day trading, currently, I use this coins XRP, Ravencoin (RVN) and (Cardano (ADA). I am using low price coins because I have only 2000 USD

There is no determining factor as to how to choose the best coins for trading. Everyday it changes based on their trading volumes. You just need to figure out then and there and choose the best coin to trade with.

I would not recommend trading XRP as it isn't crypto in it's true sense.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to crypto trading - Is now the time to get in? on: January 08, 2019, 10:51:35 PM
The worst thing for new investors or traders to do is to wait for the perfect time to enter the market.

There is definitely no perfect time to buy or sell in this market. You get to choose and make a decision based on the current scenario. The best time to invest in crypto is when people start fearing.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear time is near to end on: January 08, 2019, 10:48:04 PM
I think we will see a bull trap when whales pump the price in anticipation of the BAKKT launch.

Then, they will dump the price and we probably won’t see much recovery until March 2019, where we could see a real bull run again.

I won't anticipate a greater pump during the launch but there will be some significant uphill movement.
Dumping won't happen so sooner after the launch either. It would rather be more of a gradual process.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 08, 2019, 10:43:05 PM
Newbies can trade easily if they know these basic criteria for it:

  • Charting analysis by reading the charts constantly.
  • Leverage and margin trading
  • Popular trading instruments
  • Risk management
  • Strategy automation of trading
  • Record keeping and taxes managements
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Paper Money - The Greatest Scam on: January 08, 2019, 10:37:47 PM
It is to be expected that they get to make the rules when it comes to their systems, so it makes sense they will freeze your assets if you violate some rules about what you are allowed to do but we have all the right to create our own systems, in this cases cryptocurrencies that do not follow their rules, and that is what bothers them, they see they have no way to modify the cryptocurrencies to benefit them and they are trying to scare people away from them.

Yeah, I agree they got rules, but rules that are ridiculous should not be entertained. That's how they monopolize the monetary market with their stupid rules. Freezing accounts with transactions more than $1000 a day is ridiculous.

On the contrary Crypto is freedom. I thus agree with what OP stated here.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: PREDICTION IS SOMETIMES LIKE A FALSE PROMISE on: January 08, 2019, 10:32:38 PM
If a trader relies on prediction, then yes, it's a false promise.
But if they use prediction as a reference to scale their targets then, no it's not.

Human beings by nature predicts on various different things. Prediction will always occur no matter how things progress with time. Similarly predictions to Bitcoin pricing will continue.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The advantage of day trader on: December 30, 2018, 11:57:49 PM
That's very very true buddy. I have been using something little out of my money for trading and honestly speaking it's been good if you decide to day trade. Well, my trading behavior is less than that of a day trader, I only trade during a pump.

Day trading is surely based on pump and dump but at a shorter scale and for a shorter period of time.
It surely isn't that easy but can be done easily with a little bit of practice.

If you know the trading and have experience day trading is really the best job as you can earn daily and enjoy profits irrespective of whether market is going up or down . Though it involves risk but you are rewarded in a great way as well. So take decision wisely .

Not always. Every trader always have a bad day at some point.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is 10% a week posible on: December 30, 2018, 11:54:26 PM
It depends on what coin you choose and how good you analyze the coin movements. As long as you can pick the right coin and you have the skill to enter and leave the market, then I am sure you can make 10% a week and even more. Right now, you need to be careful when you want to choose the coin because you don't want to wait too long to see the coin price can increase. But perhaps, you can use bitcoin only than the altcoin because, with bitcoin, the differences of the price can help you to gain a profit, but of course, when the price is down, you will see it drops too deep.

I would rather suggest not to look for more coin options than to settle in BTC/USD pairs. Since the time-frame is one week.
It's best to wait for certain shifts in movements and then move ahead.

For 10% you need to have enough money and skills in order to achieve, with the small investment it is impossible to make 10% profit on a weekly basis. I hope due to market fluctuation it is also impossible to make a decent and right profit and sometimes you may even make more than 10% or even you may make less than 10% too.

Not that much. A person with a basic knowledge of trading can easily achieve 10-15% within a week or two probably.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: December 30, 2018, 11:51:20 PM
crypto is the eyes of the future and this is important to understand by many parties, but currently fiat will still be used in micro-payment activities that are not affordable to crypto because there are still many people who do not fully understand crypto

Certainly but the forthcoming technology of lightning payments will certainly prevail the micro-payment industries for good.
Will have to wait and see how that goes. Fiat might then be replaceable.

I guess this scenario is still too much in the future. It will probably be a progressive shifting of relevance, from fiat to crypto, but the crypto sector has still to ripe a real lot before being ready for such a mass adoption.

Yeah, mostly in terms of handling micro-transactions. For example paying five bucks in a coffee shop and not pay $5 extra in transaction fee or wait for more than 10 minutes to confirm.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: the future of crypto is good or bad on: December 30, 2018, 11:47:04 PM
I want to invest my savings into cryptocurrency. So I think about the future of cryptocurrency. what do you think? Do you think the future or cryptocurrency is good? Or do you think the future or cryptocurrency is bad?
Please help me, because I will invest all my savings. So if I make a bad decision, my family and I will be on the road to improve my economy.

There's no definitive answer to that. It depends on how you perceive things related to crypto.
If you're good at trading and have the basic knowledge of when to buy and sell, you can easily get into it. But if you're frightened about the slightest change in pricing then its bad for you.

Yes it's good. I can say it is good because it is the evolution of currency. Everything must change so do as the currency and now is the start of it. Maybe it is not realized right now but in the future is would be widely used.

Evolution, not necessarily has to be good always. It might wind up in a bad direction.

17  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: thatkid1 scammer sell twitter account on: July 07, 2018, 02:27:51 AM
I don't understand why the hell would someone buy Twitter accounts with thousands of bots as followers. I don't care what twitter audit says as real but those type of followers who don't engage organically on a topic are still worthless. And $145? Shocked
That's a lot dude! Whats the point of buying them? To participate in twitter bounty? I mean you will barely earn a dollar with them from bounties. To be honest its better to sweep a floor for a $7-10 daily wage than doing that.
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 🌍[Guide] Prevent scam!!! Seven useful tools for find scam / fake ICO team 🌍 on: July 07, 2018, 02:08:55 AM
There's no need to waste time looking for all of them. I can tell it just by looking at the website and its presentation. If the website looks like it is made by a 5 year old with tweaked WordPress themes, then you know what that means. But if its quite good then I dug deeper into each of the member's profile for red flags. If there's none getting caught red handed, I still don't invest in their ICOs without getting enlisted in exchanges first.

I am a simple dude. I find any legitimate tokens on exchanges, I trade. Wink
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Nibyx signature campaign shortchanged participants based on rate exchange on: July 07, 2018, 01:50:24 AM
So let us recap this.  The project developer nicked a few dollars off of everyone in this campaign based on an imaginary preev rate.  No one has argued that preev was anywhere near $7403 at the time payments were made.  Campaign manager is ok with this.  Community calls the whistleblower a tantrum thrower.

Yep.  This is why everyone here gets scammed.  You just keep taking it and taking it and asking for more.  Well I'm asking for something different.

Preev rate is not imaginary. Just saying. Roll Eyes Whistleblower? LMAO. That is called "witch hunting".

Right now preev rate is at 7037, coinmarketcap shows 6635.48, Bitfinex's BTCUSD pair shows 6571.3, Bitcoin ticker widget shows 6567.78, so if you want to buy Bitcoin now which rate will you choose and what will you reply to the seller if seller tells you he will only sell you his coins at 7037?
Get the point here? Roll Eyes
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: July 07, 2018, 01:40:48 AM
I agree with you there, and that was my first thought when they asked us to list....but the exchange did look pretty and like it had promise.

Well to be honest, that website looks shit and poorly optimized as well. And their website template smells like Cryptsy Roll Eyes

Moreover, look at their twitter followers. Those 13.2k followers are all from their bounty campaigns who doesn't even know what BiteBTC actually is. Heck, they don't even know what trading is! LOL. Always fact check on new exchanges that pop up all of a sudden. Hope you learnt from your mistake.
