It's not necessary withdraw on ATM. After card unblocked just upload the money on Skrill or other payment gateways

I'm not a Polish Citizen, how can i unblock cards if i go in mBank branch? Ways for get repurchase of money?

same problem here. Have 3 mBank EUR cards. Status: active I bought these cards on allegro.pl Can't buy or withdraw on ATM Can only receive money. I called +48426780505 and they said that cards are blocked and i have to come to mBank branch for ID verification.
