A client wasn't able to decrypt files sent to her encrypted with her own key. I did some testing and nothing seemed to work. I walked her through creating a new key and exporting the public key to me. I encrypted a file and she went to decrypt. She gets an error message that says that there was "Not enough information to check signature validity. And that it was singed with an unknown certificate. The signature is invalid. No public certificate to verify the signature.
I am confused since I am not used to Kleopatra (we use a different PGP product), but if she is creating the key, why can't it verfiy the signature? In the end though, the file does get decrypted.
Any thoughts?
