I answer always everybody, here or in PM. Many here only complain and guess what, they never register, deposit or play in our site... its funny.
The problem is your sluggish response. How do you expect new users to register for your platform if the old users are having some issues with it, and you take edges to have them sorted? Personally, I don't think I would register with your casino knowing that there are some issues that need to be sorted First things first. Sort out your mess, and then you will get new clients instead of whining about complaints. A friendly advice to PapaBet OR, as an official representative, you should never take things personally. I sensed some tension in your replies and, to be honest, that doesn’t look very professional.
Even if a user hasn’t made a deposit on your casino, he still have the right to ask questions and share his concerns here.
If you are confident in the quality of your services, such comments shouldn’t make you angry, and you should be able to address them calmly and professionally.

Just make a deposit, and you will get a Freebet of 100% up to $100 max. Min odds 1.30. 5x rollover. Is it really possible to get such a bonus? How many times do you have to wager to unlock this bonus? Does 5x rollover mean 5x wagering? And does 100% wagering count for all games? I faced a problem before with a 100% bonus on a platform where there was a 40x wagering requirement but their in-house games only counted 0.2% wagering and then that wagering became 200x which was never possible to meet. I already told you the conditions and its very easy to understand. And I dont care about other sites do or not do really, its not necessary compare our site with "other bonus sites". |

I think Papabet has some key selling points, one of which is this truly anonymous sportsbook - there is no KYC!
