I am having an issue mining. I have been using Claymore 12.4 miner and its been working over the past couple days however today its showing its mining but its not submitting any shares. I have tried rebooting the PC, using different pool, changed driver to 16.2.3 but nothing seems to work when using claymore 12.4.

If I use genoil it submits shares.

Any suggestions to make this work on claymore 12.4?

For example 1 fan works the other does not however for mining purposes this can easily be remedied by attaching a case fan to it. I have 4 7950's left. They are Sapphire with the blower fan. I also have one Sapphire 7950 with the other cooling design the one with two fans.

In regards to the 5970's, they have been mining for over a year.

I have a July 2nd paid date and my went from "In Progress" back to "Paid"

Spoke to Liam. They thought that because I was unhappy with KNC, they offered me a refund but they did not want to produce my order until I told them yes or no however I never at one point asked for a refund.

He told me since I did not want a refund my order will be put through at the front of the line tomorrow.

Here's hoping this actually happens.

KNC Customer service is absolute shit. People have to stop comparing KNC to BFL and Avalon as an excuse for being able to miss ship dates. I keep hearing, KNC has done more than BFL and Avalon in a shorter period of time. An argument could be made that anyone could do a better job than both of them but that does not give them a free pass to completely shit the bed when it comes to providing customer service, being transparent, and meeting deadlines.


KNC needs to understand the value of good customer service, not giving bs responses like "Everything is going as expected". wtf is expected? What is their expectation? I am sure it is not the same as the customers expectation.

Avenger, I think they also got the 15th as a production day since they can still ship out orders at the end of the day of October 15th. I still don't think they will come through even with using the 15th as well. I have e-mailed them several times by asking them to stop posting bs generic responses on their website and when replying to customers. They should be letting people know exactly where they are, its very easy to do. A simple one line on the website each day or every two days saying "We are working on paid dates June XX"

I am still hoping they can meet the deadline but I just highly doubt it.

Since we have received word that the Corsair HX850 is not recommend for use on the knc miner, can those who are currently hashing away with a knc miner that have not had any issues with blown caps post which psu they are using?

I think this would be helpful for those who are still searching for the right psu to use as this would certainly be reassuring knowing that someone else is successfully using a certain model/brand.
