#50,000 Naira and 3,000,000 Naira, please. Thank you so much for all the effort you are putting in holydarkness. I appreciate it.
LOL, sorry, I am still with my morning coffee [and a yell to someone through a phone call] that I only glanced at the amount. I sent the screenshot of your deposit to my contact though, so they'll see the amount. Well noted on this, 3,050,000 NGN, will spell the number to them, just in case they also mis-read the zeroes. Hahaha! Enjoy your coffee my man, no better way to prepare for the day ahead. Wishing you a productive and eventful one. Thank you for all your help. Update cc: @holydarkness @holydarkness I received an email from bc recovery team. Showing communicating from email to site logon in image link attached here. The wagered winning amount was destroyed and I was told to drain the remaining balance I could see once I log on. That being said, I count my blessings. I was able to get my deposited amount into the casino back. That to me is a Win. I did not have any reason to waste it all on the casino helplessly. Thank you holydarkness, my sincere thanks to you and your contact for all the help regardless of IRL day to day issues. Thank you thank you thank you.

~ Feeling helpless, I had used my nephew passport, and that was when submission limit reached came on with two or three tries left.
What a great mistake you made there! However, it is good that BCgame team has decided to refund your deposit finally. Also, I got a email response from recovery@bacgame.com yesterday saying I would get only the principal amount of my deposit and the wavered amount winning would be withheld and for me to confirm so that they can process withdrawal refund to me of principal amount, I have since then responded that I understood and have heard nothing in the last 24 hours. Give them some time. If I'm not wrong, then you have won around $200 only. So, it doesn't matter if they forfeit the winning amount. BTW, you had two deposits on BCgame. The first one was small, and the 2nd one was the bigger deposit. Before the refund process, I think it would be better to confirm whether they will refund both deposits together or not. You are very correct. First deposit was small, second deposit was the largest and fingers crossed. Hoping for the best now. It's 50,000 and 3,000 Naira, if I consult to the image of deposits you provided correctly? Currently my contact is on their way to get your refund processed and done, I'll confirm this as well, the total that'll be refunded. Will inform you here once I heard from them, but I kinda sure they'll return all. Will argue back to them just in case they didn't. #50,000 Naira and 3,000,000 Naira, please. Thank you so much for all the effort you are putting in holydarkness. I appreciate it.

OP, 94366091-Pdzyygjgaxcc, I was told that the reason of your situation was because during those chances to upload KYC, there were some concerns that the documents you submitted did not belong to you. Can you please explain how this happened to the extent of your knowledge and whose ID [DL and Passport] that you use?
Hello HolyDarkness, I didn’t get a prompt of a response from bitcointalk hence I missed your response, sorry about that. When the KYC error popped up during withdrawal, I wrote to live support that I did not have a passport and I tried to upload my drivers license which is a valid ID in my country but wasn’t supported by the site. I stopped and then wrote to support again, then I was asked to write to recovery@bcgame.com. Recovery team said in place of not having passport, I needed to fill nine different info with screenshot of deposit attached, which I submitted all in order of request promptly but heard nothing until two days later when another KYc response email popped up. Feeling helpless, I had used my nephew passport, and that was when submission limit reached came on with two or three tries left. Please note that I had told love support twice that I did not have a passport handy but I had a drivers license which they said was not supported and to reclaim balance on account and claim ownership, I needed to provide information from deposit, device used, screenshot of deposit payments which I submitted promptly. Here’s the email and my response for your perusal. Given you wrote Naira, do I correctly assume you're from Nigeria? IIRC, BC do acccept NIN ID Card for KYC, that you can use in place of passport or DL. But yeah, unfortunately, given you tried to use your nephew's passport instead, I believe it's an automatic breach of KYC ToS. Regarding your confirmation to accept the principal to be returned, I'll nudge my contact and try to get it done. Yes, I am from Nigeria. I uploaded NIN, Drivers license and they were not all accepted until I got the prompt on site. I appreciate the help holydarkness. I again confirm that I understand only principal amount of my deposit would now be released to me. I am okay with that. Thank you for all your help amidst all your busy schedule with IRL Matters. I appreciate the help. Looking forward to refund of my principal and resolution now. Thank you so very much.

Umm... I'll focus on the matter and skip through the other side-discussion.
So, first thing first, I apologize for the long delay, I was off of the forum since... umm... I think my last post on this thread was the last post I made before I got completely swamped and barely touched my forum device and was only monitoring cases that happens in my absence throught TG bot [which was not many].
Second, I've got their explanation not long after the inquiry, I was just unfortunately can't get into my forum device to make a post about it because I literally leave at sunrise and got home about... four? five hours? At one or two in the morning? Hmm... just enough hours to get the much-needed-must-necessary-essentially-important sleep before I have to re-attend that personal matters. So... yeah, barely touch my forum device.

I am not surprised to find another scam accusation thread related to BC Game. This trend has been going on for quite some time.
If BC Game conclude this is not a worrying time for them, they will continue doing what they do. If they care about their reputation (what is left of it), at some stage they should ask themselves what they need to change in order to minimise the number of scam accusations being made against them.
Deposited, no problem, did the wager requirement, no problem. I was asked by recovery team to provide nine different information since drivers license isn’t supported as KYC in my country (Nigeria) now I am just having fingers crossed and waiting for holy darkness and his contact to come through and provide resolution. I just honestly need my money now. Thanks for your input. Really hoping for the best and resolution now from holy darkness who’s been coming through for others.

Maybe what triggered them to block your account and ask for KYC verification was the roll-over times and the immediate withdrawal. It all appears as through you had just deposited, used very small odds to meet the roll-over requirements which is OK because it's a player's choice but to them, they may look at it another way
Meanwhile, after your last message to them, did you receive any response yet about the verification? If no, maybe they are still carrying out an investigation before unlocking your account. It might require so more time.
Thank you @logfiles for your input and support. I was asked to provide nine different information, I provided them in order of request and they (Bc.Game) after two days of wait, sent an email not talking about receipt of my information provided from all the details requested saying I should go back to site to do KYC, now site is showing KYC limit- Submission no longer allowed. And I have emailed them to notify them of the situation from site and now I have been met with total silence since then. This is why I am asking for help, BcGame should release my money for withdrawal. Thank you

~ If they do not want to release the wagered winning, they should return my deposit amount to me.
How much have you deposited in your account? Your account statistics say that you have placed only 1 bet and wagered $1989 at BCgame. There is only 1× wager requirement on the deposited funds at BCgame before you can request a withdrawal. 8.2. To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, you are required to wager the full amount of your deposit at least once (1x) before submitting a withdrawal request.
I'm wondering why you have deposited your funds in a casino if you are afraid to complete the 1× wager requirement only. I can see that you have already mentioned "holydarkness" in your post. I believe he will help you out of this situation. Anyway, it will be better to remove the second screenshot from your post. Hi Madhdirakib, I completed the wager requirement, of 1.1 odds to be able to withdraw. I have attached wager requirement completion photo proof. It shows even from the site that I have completed the required wager and I am able to withdraw however I could only withdraw not up to half of my deposit amount. My deposit currency is Naira. I deposited #3,000,000 and wagered it at 1.1 odds at crash casino and wager requirement was completed but I could only withdraw #1,000,000 naira which is not even up to half of my deposit amount. Do you understand my plight now? Using Oanda.com live currency converter : I deposited about $1989 and wagered it but I have only been able to withdraw about $650 which is not up to my deposit amount or amount wagered as required. So that’s my plight now. Bc.game if after asking me to submit Nine (9) different information from device used to deposit information and other details and still they cannot allow me withdraw. They should allow me to be able to withdraw my total deposit amount. Thank you for your input and support to provide resolution.

Hello All, Good day. I deposited money into my Bc.game account and did the wager requirement by playing crash casino and upon withdrawing my deposit amount and winning, I received KYC popup error to complete before initiating transfers. I have since http:// then tried to get the KYC done, drivers license was not supported and then when I finally tried to use a passport ID, submission limit reached email and site popup came on even though there were still about 3 tries left. I messaged live support on the site and they told me to submit over 9 information via email to recovery@bcgame.com from device used, ip address, txId deposit information and I provided all yet they do not want to release my money to me. If they do not want to release the wagered winning, they should return my deposit amount to me. I have read a lot of posts and see BcGame tends to make withdrawal difficult after winning. However if I cannot get the winning of only wager requirement. No problem but they should please give me back my deposit. It has been over 4 days. Please help me. @holydarkness. I would appreciate all the help I can get. BC.GAME Username: Pdzyygjgaxcc UserID: 94366091 Any other information needed, I can provide upon request. Please help me.
