i guess the big red warning from the flag on their topic got their attention, lol. i bet they only paid you to get rid of it. also, you should edit the title to add [RESOLVED] and lock the thread instead of deleting it. and since this is resolved, i removed my tag and support for the flag. Normally I know plenty of sites but never heard of starbets actually. Well, guess I know why when I read this case. Too bad plenty people fall for shady casinos and bookies every day. All we can do is sharing these experiences to make people aware to not use a certain place.
Anyway, seems like a clear cut case for me. Flag supported!
Yep - had a fairly high rating & were engaging with affiliates initially. They've paid some delayed withdrawals but time waiting now for mine, not hopeful. |

Try posting on LCB.org too, it's another mediation platform that helps gamblers, which is similar to casino.guru, I just found out about them recently when a gambler who posted here shared that his issue with a casino got resolved with the help of LCB.org's team. Not sure if they will be able to help, but it wouldn't hurt to try posting your issue there. Thanks - will try LCB, they seem to have paid out some but so far unresponsive & not transparent which has ruined their rep more than (maybe temporary) withdrawal issues. |

What happened: My BTC withdrawal has been pending 'wating for approval' for over 12 weeks now (since their withdrawals issues started). Support is unresponsive or do a copy/paste response with no ETA. Tried the Telegram chat but was blocked for asking. Their 'VIP manager' said to DM him but now doesn't reply & would not confirm that it would be processed or when. Can't get any response from them - basically witholding player withdrawals indefinitely without explanation. It looks like they have paid some of their smaller delayed withdrawals out since their money issues from May, but not larger ones.They ignore requests to pay out in smaller amounts. @starbets Can you advise if and when my withdrawal will be released? Waiting 3 months for my withdrawal to be approved now. Support is unresponsive or doesn't help . Regarding Support: Not everyone is using telegram and forcing people to join a telegram in order to get Support is not great. Also, the support email you mentioned is nowhere to be found on the website. Hopefully, you will be working on these aspects soon.  Sure! I cannot tell you if we will add live Chat anytime soon. But, We will add F.A.Q. and Support Email on our website. More importantly: Yet another withdrawal not having been processed for 2+ hours. Went to telegram, reached out to someone who said it will happen shortly, needs to be processed manually for security reasons (good old story). An hour later, still nothing with the end of the story being the person stating they are not being Support, just trying to help as "community manager". This means that not only are people forced to join telegram in order to speak to someone, they will not even get to talk with someone who can actually provide Support? (By the way, the issue is not about the withdrawal in general, I don't even care if a casino takes half a day or a day for a withdrawal as long as this is communicated) - what I care about is the Support, which seems to be inexistent.

I dont have account at Starbets and I never used this casino. I find it interesting to see that most issues customers have with casinos are when they request withdrawals. Maybe problem is with their poor customer support, I have seen this happening many times with casinos. But I think they will resolve that too, because if they really have bad intentions, why would they give such updates if they are not serious about the previous issues, right? Although, I also cannot deny that there are other casinos that if the intention or plan was bad from the beginning, there would be no such announcement. That is not what starbets did, let's give them time to fix the issues they had with other users who were here a few months ago. Even if their support was poor, they should improve it immediately so that they don't completely ruin their players.
